How To make Mesquite Grilled Chicken with Pineapple Salsa
1 lb Chicken Breast, skinless
- and boneless 1 pk Chicken Mesquite Marinade
- McCormick/Schilling
PINEAPPLE SALSA:
1 cn Pineapple, DOLE
-crushed and drained 1/4 c Red bell pepper, chopped
1 ea Green onion, sliced
1 tb Lime juice, fresh
1 tb Soy Sauce, Chun King Lite
1/4 ts Hot Shot Black & Red Pepper
-McCormick/Schilling blend - up to 1/2 ts, as desired Prepare 1 pkg (1.37 oz) Chicken Mesquite Marinade according to package directions, using 1 lb, boneless, skinless chicken breast. Grill Chicken. Serve with Pineapple Salsa. PINEAPPLE SALSA: Combine pineapple, red bell pepper, green onion, lime juice, soy sauce and black & red pepper blend.

Achiote Marinated Grilled Chicken Recipe
2 oz achiote paste
2-3 limes
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-3 tbsp chipotle adobe sauce
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

The episode then flashes back to the preparation of achiote marinade, and Chef Steves recipe for pineapple salsa. During these preparations Neighbor Jim is introduced. The next scene flashes forward to the cooking of the taco meat. The special guest for the episode then gives a personal story about how her homemade guacamole was created and what ingredients are used to prepare it. The episode ends with a humorous tapping in session describing the wonderful guacamole and how good the tacos turned out.
How to Smoke Salsa
Smoked Salsa
Salsa. The fresh side that can pair with breakfast, lunch & dinner. We snack on salsa with chips nonstop. Plus, we use salsa on everything from breakfast tacos to brisket tacos. In true Meat Church fashion, we are going to smoke the vegetables first to create a tasty Smoked Salsa. We use a pellet grill with hickory pellets in this how-to video. However, if you would prefer the salsa very smoky then you can smoke this in an offset smoker or use a heavier smoke wood such as mesquite or oak.
In this recipe & video I use 10 jalapeño peppers which will create a medium heat level. If you would prefer your salsa mild, use 5. If you want your salsa hot, go with 15 – 20 peppers or a hotter pepper such has habanero.
This recipe will yield approximately 7, 16-ounce jars of salsa. These make great gifts!

How to Make Easy BBQ Chicken in the Oven ~ Basic BBQ Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS
6 chicken thighs cleaned and trimmed
1 cup of your favorite bbq sauce
You can jazz up your BBQ sauce with 1 tbsp. of your favorite
jam or jelly. Just warm on low heat until jam/jelly dissolved
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
30 minutes - 400d flip chicken
15 minutes - 400d drain juices, place skin side down and baste with bbq sauce
10 minutes - 400d drain juices, flip chicken, baste with bbq sauce
10 minutes - 425d baste with bbq sauce
2 minutes - put under broiler to caramelize
10 minutes - let chicken rest before servingEnjoy.
