How To make Mediterranean Shrimp and Bow Ties
6 oz Uncooked bow tie pasta(3cup)
1 T Olive or vegetable oil
1 lb Shrimp; shell, devein
1/2 c Green onion, cut in 1/2-inch
- pieces 2 ea Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 t Dried oregano
1/4 t Salt
2 T Lemon juice
1/2 c Sliced ripe olives
1. Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package; drain. Keep
warm.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until
hot. Add shrimp, onions, and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.
3. Add pasta to skillet with all remaining ingredients. Cook 1 to 2
minutes or until thoroughly heated.

GARLIC BUTTER PARMESAN BOW TIE PASTA | RICHARD IN THE KITCHEN
In this video I show y'all how to make a simple delicious dish of garlic butter parmesan bowtie pasta. Al Dente bowtie pasta paired with garlic sauteed in butter and olive oil then tossed with fresh Italian flat leaf parsley and finally garnished with plenty of parmesan cheese. Swerved with sliced garlic butter French bread.
SHOPPING LIST:
1 box bowtie pasta
1/3 cup (6 tbsp) Kosher salt for the pasta water (if using table salt use 1/2 that much)
2 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup starchy pasta water
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese more for topping
DIRECTIONS:
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil then add the salt. Add the pasta and move around for about 45 seconds to prevent sticking.
Boil pasta according to pkg. instructions and drain (DO NOT RINSE), reserving about 1/2 cup of starchy pasta water.
In a skillet over medium low heat, slowly brown garlic in butter and olive oil.
Once the garlic is softened and lightly toasted, toss it in with the pasta.
Add in the parsley and parmesan, add in pasta water and toss until all pasta is dressed.
Serve with garlic butter French bread.

1/2 red, orange and green bell pepper
1 head broccoli
500g jumbo shrimp
2 medium carrots
Butter (to preference)
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp mixed herbs (thyme, marjoram,parsley)
Green beans
(Any veg can be used)
‼️Steam for 10 minutes on the lowest heat‼️

EASY TUSCAN SHRIMP PASTA
Ingredients:
Season the shrimp:
1lb large or jumbo shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika

.
1 - 2 tbsps olive oil for cooking shrimp
.
.
.
Boil Pasta:
3 cups dry Farfalle (bowtie pasta)
Water
Salt
.
.
.
Make the Sauce:
2 tbsps unsalted butter
1 small onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Paprika
Onion powder to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 1/2 tsp Minced Fresh Thyme
1 1/2 tsp minced fresh basil
1/4 cup Sundried tomato in oil (drained and pat dried)
1/4 cup Chicken or Veg. broth
1 1/2 cup Whipping cream
1 1/2 - 2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups spinach
I added more drained sundried tomato near serving time for a pop of colour
Garnish with chopped fresh basil and or parsley
NOTES:
If using the sundried tomato not in oil, you'll need to soak a bit to get rid of excess salt
