How To make Meat and Potato Stir Fry
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large baking potatoes
peeled & cut into
:
1/2' cubes 2 medium carrots peeled &thinly slice
1 medium onion :
halved and sliced
2/3 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon salt divided
1 pound lean ground beef
1 large garlic clove :
minced
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add potato, carrots and onion; cook and stir 3 minutes. Stir in broth and 1/2 teaspoon sa lt. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 6 to 7 minutes more or until potato i s tender, stirring once or twice. Remove vegetables from wok; set aside. Wipe o ut wok with paper towel.
Heat wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and garlicc; stir-fry 3 minu tes or until meat is no longer pink. Add parsley, paprika , cinnamon, cumin, re maining 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper; cook and stir 1 minute. Add vegetables; h eat through .

Ingredients -
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) - Peanut Oil
1kg (2.2lbs) - Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
1 - Brown (Yellow) Onion, Thinly Sliced
1 - Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum), Thinly Sliced
1 - Carrot, Washed & Grated
1 - Bunch Broccolini, Chopped (300g - 10.5oz)
Seasoning To Taste
Sauce -
100ml (100g) - Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp (40ml) - Rice Vinegar
70g (2.4oz) - Brown Sugar
3 tsp (15ml) - Toasted Sesame Oil
5 - Cloves Garlic, Minced
15g (0.5oz) - Ginger, Minced
1/2 tsp (1.5g) - Chilli Flakes (Optional)
Seasoning To Taste
Garnish
1 - Spring Onion, Sliced (Optional)
Sesame Seeds To Taste (Optional)
Jasmine Rice
300g (1 1/2 Cups) - Jasmine Rice, Washed
500g (2 Cups) - Cold Water

Always freeze before 3 days if you know this won’t be eaten before then. I said 5 days in the video but disregard that and stick to 3.

????材料:
馬鈴薯 2 個
豬肉 200 克
薑、蔥 適量
紹酒 1 湯匙
白醋 1 湯匙
澱粉 1/2茶匙
糖、胡椒粉 少許
鹽、油 適量
熱水 約半杯
????做法:
1️⃣ 將馬鈴薯切粒,水中加入1湯匙白醋浸泡一會。
2️⃣ 豬肉切粒,加入薑蓉、少許胡椒粉、適量的鹽、少許糖、半茶匙澱粉和少許食油拌勻,醃 15 ~ 30 分鐘。
3️⃣ 先爆香薑蒜,然後放在一旁,下豬肉煎到微黃,灒入紹酒。加入馬鈴薯,倒入約半杯熱水,煮到馬鈴薯軟熟即可。
4️⃣ 測試一下馬鈴薯是否軟腍,轉小火調味,加適量的鹽、糖和老抽(如要顏色深一點),再加入蔥作點綴,即可上碟享用。

Potatoes - 2 pieces
Pork - 200 g
Ginger, Spring Onion - as needed
Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
White vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Cornstarch - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar, White pepper powder - a small amount
Salt, Oil - as needed
Hot water - approximately 1/2 cup
????Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Cut the potatoes into small cubes and soak them in water with 1 tablespoon of vinegar for awhile.
2️⃣ Cut the pork into small cubes, add minced ginger, a pinch of white pepper powder, salt to taste, sugar to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch, and a little cooking oil. Mix well and marinate for 15-30 minutes.
3️⃣ Sauté some ginger and garlic in a pan and set aside. Fry the pork until slightly browned, then add 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine. Add the potatoes and about 1/2 cup of hot water. Cook until the potatoes are soft.
4️⃣ Test whether the potatoes are tender, turn to low heat and season with an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, and dark soy sauce (if a darker color is desired). Add spring onions as a garnish and serve.
