If you love jellies like I do, you will definitely enjoy this cold, refreshing, moderately sweet and tangy fruit jelly cake. It's a perfect party food as well.
I wonder why I took so long to make videos of jellies but now that I started to get on it, I have lots of ideas so stay tuned for more low carb jelly recipes to come.

Total carb = 2.7 g
Dietary fiber = 1.0 g
Net Carb = 1.7 g

INGREDIENTS
Agar agar powder = 9 g / 4 1/2 tsp
Water = 100 ml / 0.4 cup
Unsweetened pea milk = 200 ml (0.8 cup) (You can also use unsweetened almond milk or any keto friendly milk)
Unsweetened plain Greek Yogurt = 400 g / 1.6 cups (You can also use coconut cream for dairy free or vegan option)
Monk fruit = 180 g / 7/8 cup (This is moderately sweet so you can adjust accordingly)
Fresh strawberries = 150 g / 1 1/4 cup
Fresh blackberries = 50 g / 1/3 cup
Fresh blueberries = 50 g / 1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS
1. In a pot, add the sweetener, agar agar powder and mix to combine. Then add the water, milk and whisk to combine.
2. Transfer the pot to the stove top. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling and the agar powder and sweetener are dissolved.
3. Turn the heat to low then add the yogurt. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Then remove the pan from heat.
4. In the video, I used a 7-inch (18 cm) round pan. Wet the pan so that the sliced strawberries can stick to the sides of the pan.
5. Stick some sliced strawberries on the side of the pan.
6. Spread a thin layer of the agar mixture at the bottom of the pan. This is to prevent the top layer of the fruits from sticking to the pan and also from appearing above the agar mixture.
7. Line some of the sliced strawberries and blackberries at the bottom of the pan.
8. Add the leftover strawberries and blackberries and the whole blueberries into the agar mixture. Stir to combine then spoon into the pan.
9. Chill in the fridge. It sets quite quickly but to enjoy it really chilled, it needs a few hours in the fridge.
10. Now the challenge is in removing the jelly cake from the pan. Firstly, loosen the sides with a spatula or anything suitable. Then invert with a plate and tap the pan a few times to release the jelly. If this fails, just add some hot water onto a bigger pan and rest the pan with jelly on the hot water for just 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, remove the pan and invert with a place. The jelly should come out nicely.
11. Slice and enjoy.
12. This recipe makes about 12 to 14 servings.

Fruit Cocktail Cake Jelly Recipe
FRUIT LAYER
1 cup fruit cocktail syrup
2 cups fruit cocktail
1 ½ cups water
1 pack(25g) unflavored white gelatin powder
¼ cup sugar
MILK LAYER
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp unflavored white gelatin powder
3 tbsp sugar
½ tsp vanilla
YELLOW LAYER
1 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
1 pack (25g) mango powder drink
1 tbsp unflavored white gelatin powder
Procedure
1. FRUIT JELLY LAYER. In a pan combine water, fruit cocktail syrup, unflavored white gelatin powder and sugar. Mix until gelatin is dissolved. Turn on stove and stir continuously until it boils. Then turn off the heat. Put some of the warm fruit jelly mixture on a 7inch cake pan. Spread drained fruit cocktail into the cake pan. If you don’t want to use canned fruit cocktail you can use any fresh fruits of your choice. Put the remaining fruit jelly mixture. Let it cool.
2. MILK JELLY LAYER. In a pan combine evaporated milk, unflavored white gelatin powder, sugar and vanilla. Mix until gelatin dissolved. Turn on stove and stir continuously until it boils. Pour milk mixture while piping hot so it will attach to the bottom layer. Let it cool.
3. YELLOW JELLY LAYER. In a pan combine water, mango powdered drink, unflavored white gelatin powder and sugar. Mix until gelatin dissolved. Turn on stove and stir continuously until it boils.
Turn off heat. Pour hot mixture on top of milk jelly layer. Let it cool to set.
4. Once it cooled run knife around the edges of the cake pan. Put toothpick on the edge of the mold for easy unmolding. Flip the fruit jelly and remove the cake mold. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

오늘은 얼마 전에 만들었던 아름다운 과일 젤리 치즈케이크의 사각형 버전으로 만들어 보겠습니다.
저번 영상에서 만드는 공정상에 있어서 몇 가지 공통된 질문들을 모아서 그 질문의 답이 되길 바라는 맘으로 사각형 모양의 과일 케이크를 만들었어요.
베이킹의 특성상..
말로 설명을 하기가 참 애애한 부분이 있더라고요..
예를 들어 바닥에 비닐을 제거하는 부분에 있어서 궁금해 하시는 분들도 있었어요.
글로는 설명이 참 어렵더라고요.
최대한 편집을 하지 않았어요.
그리고 제가 사용하는 브라운 시트( 테프론 시트 ) 말고도 투명 비닐에도 테스트를 해 봤는데요..
나름 괜찮은 결과물이 나왔어요.
그래서 브라운 시트가 아니더라도 케이크 포장 할 때 사용하는 비닐로도 충분히 만들 수 있어요.
다만 조심히 떼어내지 않으면 젤리가 깨지는 경우도 있으니 조심해서 제거해 주셔야 해요.
비닐에 식물성 오일을 바른 후에도 테스트를 했는데요..
별로 추천하지 않아요.
젤리에 기름이 묻어 있기도 했고, 기름을 발랐다고 더 깔끔하게 제거 되는 것은 아니더라고요..
이번엔 집에 있는 잼을 이용해서 안에 필링으로 넣어 봤어요.
잼의 단맛 정도가 달라서 양을 적어 두진 않았는데요.
약 80g 정도 사용하면 될 거 같아요.
하지만 단맛에 따라 그 사용량은 가감해 주세요.
그리고 사용하기 전에 전자레인지에 살짝 데워주면 잼을 짜 주기가 쉬워요..

아름다운 만큼이나 정말 맛이 좋답니다.
● 판 젤라틴을 사용하실 분들은 같이 계량된 물의 양을 빼 주세요.
동일한 양의 젤라틴을 찬물에 불린 후에 사용하면 됩니다.

바닐라 익스트랙 4ml
우유 40g ( 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
박력분 120g ( 3/4 컵 + 1 Tbsp )
무염 버터 40g ( 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
♥ 치즈 케이크
크림치즈 350g ( 1 컵 + 3/4 컵 )
무가당 요거트 205g ( 3/4 컵 + 4 Tbsp ) - 물기 뺀 상태
설탕 100g ( 1/2 컵 )
레몬즙 10g ( 2 tsp )
가루 젤라틴 8g ( 1 Tbsp )
물 40g ( 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
생크림 200g (50% 휘핑함) ( 3/4 컵 + 2 Tbsp - 휘핑하기 전 )

가루 젤라틴 60g ( 1/3 컵 +1 Tbsp+ 1/2Tbsp)
물 300g ( 1 컵 + 1/4 컵 )
뜨거운 물 600g ( 2 컵 + 1/2컵 )
설탕 200g ( 1 컵 )
레몬즙 40g ( 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp )

Wenn alle Früchte und Beeren zubereitet sind, bringen Sie den Sirup mit Agar zum Kochen
Kuchen zusammenstellen
etwas Sirup auf den Boden der Form geben, dann die Früchte in ein Muster legen
Legen Sie nach und nach alle Früchte aus und füllen Sie alles mit Sirup
Entfernen Sie die Form für 10 Minuten an einem kühlen Ort
einen Erdbeer-Smoothie machen
1/2 Tasse Wasser
1 Tasse Erdbeerpüree
1,5 Esslöffel Zucker
10 g Agar
gut mischen und die Mischung zum Kochen bringen
Gießen Sie das Erdbeergelee über die gefrorene Schicht
weitere 10-15 Minuten an einen kühlen Ort stellen
Das fertige Gelee auf einen Servierteller stürzen
