For Orange Chiffon Pie Follow recipe but replace lemon juice and zest with orange juice and zest, and add 1 TBSP lemon juice.
Soften gelatin in 2 TBPS water - set aside. Combine egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, lemon rind, lemon juice, and remaining 2 TBSP water. Cook over a double boiler until mixture is thick - stir/whisk constantly. Once thickened remove from heat and stir in the softened gelatin and (if desired) add a few drops of yellow food coloring. Beat egg whites until frothy, gradually add remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, continue to beat until stiff peaks are formed. Fold lemon/gelatin mixture into egg whites and pour into prepared pie shell. Chill until firm. Serve plain or with whipped cream.

2 oz cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 (0.7oz) packet sugar free gelatin, flavor of choice 1/4 cup cold water 1/2 cup boiling water
1️⃣ Add softened cream cheese to a large bowl and beat until fluffy. Pour in heavy cream and continuing beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside. 2️⃣ To a 2-cup measuring cup or small bowl, add the contents of one flavored jello packet. Pour in cold water and let bloom for 1-2 minutes. Stir in boiling water and mix until dissolved. 3️⃣ Slowly stir in liquid jello mixture into the whipped cream. Don't add in too fast as you want to keep the airiness of the whipped cream. Once added, mix an electric mixer until fluffy. Scoop or pipe into a serving dish if desired. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or enjoy right away.
