pepper
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients in crockpot. Cook at high 8 to 10 hours.

I better stop using the phrase you know what I am talking about as I am starting to sound like Butters in the South Park pimp episode. You know what I am talking about?
The wheat berries give the burgers a wonderful chewy texture. You do not need to add the chicken bouillon or fish and definitely not both, I went overboard but they still turned out great and actually taste better the second day like meatloaf. this is one of my favorite things to cook, in fact, after I post this I am turning off the computer and am going to go make another batch, they last me about three days.
recipe
1 - 15 ounce can chickpeas
frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 minced onion
1/2 cup dried onions
2 tablespoons garlic
dried parsley
1 egg
1/2 cup tomato juice
2 tablespoons of oil
1/2 cup corn meal
1 cup oats
olives
worcestireshire sauce
soy sauce
lemon juice
red pepper
black pepper
purple cabbage
cooked wheatberries
I cook my wheat for 8 minutes in a pressure cooker then let it sit.
I usually add pickle relish and finely shredded carrot but was out of them
I added a can of drained and rinsed mackerel chopped up but it is optional, there is very little fish taste and it adds a meaty flavor.
