5 Ingredient, 5 Minute Hot Fudge CHOCOLATE CAKE recipe. Hey guys, today I'm testing the Dreo air KAF001 by making this gooey and rich chocolate cake! Get your Dreo KAF001 Air Fryer here: To make this chocolate cake, set your Dreo to 350F and cook for the first 10 minutes. Then lower the temp to 310F and continue cooking for another 12 minutes. Keep an eye on the cake through the window in the air fryer!

5 Ingredient (5 Minute) HOT FUDGE CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE:
- 140g Butter ( 1 1/4 sticks)
- 300g Sugar (1 1/2 cups)
- 60g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup)
- 120g All Purpose Flour (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1/4 tsp Salt ( Optional but recommended)
PLEASE NOTE: Cooking time may vary depending on your airfryer and oven!
Wait 20 minutes before unmolding it! Serve while it's still WARM with ice cream.

Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe
This chocolate fudge cake rich, dense and super chocolaty! This amazing chocolate cake is covered with delicious chocolate ganache and dark chocolate shavings. If you familiar with mud cake, this cake may remind you the famous mud cake with flavor and texture. If you like chocolate cakes, you must try this decadent, fudgy chocolate cake!

For the cake:
125g (4.5oz) Dark chocolate
100g (7 tablespoons) Butter
1/4 cup (30g) Cocoa powder
2 Eggs
3/4 cup (150g) Brown Sugar
1/2 cup (100g) White sugar
1½ cups (190g) All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup (240ml) Boiling water + 1 teaspoon instant coffee *or just boiling water
1/4 cup (60ml) Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For the ganache:
125g (4.5oz) Dark chocolate
1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy cream
Dark chocolate shaving for decoration
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 160C (320F). line the bottom of an 9X5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and grease with butter.
2. In a large bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, transfer to a large heat-proof bowl, add butter. Place the bowl over a double boiler and melt completely.
4. Remove from heat, add both sugars, oil and mix until combined. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Add eggs and stir until incorporated.
5. Sift in dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
6. Add boiling coffee and mix until combined.
7. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes. Until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Meanwhile make the ganache: Chop the chocolate, place in a large bowl. In a saucepan bring the heavy cream to a simmer. Pour over the chocolate. Let sit for 1-2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Let cool for 10-20 minutes.
9. Release the cake from the tin, pour the ganache over the cake, sprinkle some chocolate shavings and let set.

Shoney's Hot Fudge Cake and Sauce
How many of you remember the Shoney’s restaurants? It might be a southern thing, but they had the best desserts. Remember the Hot Fudge Cake? Here’s our version of the Hot Fudge Sauce.
In a sauce pan on the stove top melt 1 stick butter. In a bowl, mix 3 cups confectioner sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and one can evaporated milk. When butter is melted, add 4 Tablespoons cocoa and mix together. Add confectioner sugar mixture. Stir together and bring to a boil. Continue stirring constantly for 8 minutes.
To assemble hot fudge cake, place a piece of cake on plate, (Any cake is fine. We used a box chocolate cake mix.) then add vanilla ice cream and another piece of cake. Spoon warm chocolate sauce over cake and top with whipped cream.

Hi everybody, in this video I share a family favorite recipe for this semi-homemade, easy hot fudge cake! I use a Betty Crocker brand chocolate fudge ake mix, however you can also use a Devil's Food cake mix if you prefer it. This cake makes it own hot fudge topping as it bakes and it is fantastic served warm topped with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream! My crew loves this cake and I hope you all will too!
