How To make Hersey House's Gingerbread Pancakes
-MARY WILSON BWVB02B 2 1/2 c All-purpose flour
5 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Ginger
1/4 c Molasses
2 c Milk
2 Eggs; lightly beaten
6 tb Melted butter
1 c Raisins
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, soda and spices. Combine molasses, milk and eggs. Stir to blend. Stir in melted butter. Add molasses mixture to dry ingredients. Stir only until moistened. Mix in raisins. Cook on a hot griddle, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Recipe from "Cinnamon Mornings". Source: San Diego Union Tribune, Nov 3, 1994. -----

50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
60g (0.5 cup) Cornstarch
2 Cheese slices
Shredded coconut
* Important tips:
1. Heat on low heat until thick and then remove from heat
2. Refrigerate for about 4 hours, or overnight.
3. sprinkle shredded coconut or milk powder on top.
