How To make Herbed Spaghetti Squash with Mozzarella
1 lg Spaghetti squash (3 lb)
4 tb Unsalted butter; cut in bits
5 lg Cloves garlic; peeled, halve
4 oz Smoked or plain mozzarella
-cut into 1/4 inch dice 1 c Basil leaves; packed finely
-shredded
NUtrITIONAL INFORMATION/SERV:

seeds. Place cut side up in baking pan; add butter and garlic to hollow centers. Sprinkle with 1/2 t salt and 1/4 t pepper. Cover thightly with foil; bake 1 1/2 hours or until very tneder. (To microwave: With fork, pierce whole squash severl times. Place in glass baking dish. Cook in HIGH 18 minutes, turing squash every 4 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Place butter in small glass bowl; melt on HIGH 30 seconds. Add garlic; cok on HIGH 1 minutes; with fork, mash. Halve squash lengthwise; seed.) 2. Remove squash from oven; discard foil. Spaghetti Squash Chicken Parm!
Here is what you need: ⤵️
* 1 Whole Spaghetti Squash
* 1 piece Chicken Breast
* 1 tbsp Onion Powder
* 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
* 1 tbsp Garlic & Parsley Herb Mix
* 1 tsp Thyme
* 1 tbsp Butter
* 1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
* Favorite Marinara Sauce
* Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
* Olive Oil
* Salt
* Pepper
* Wax or Parchment Paper

Spaghetti squash lasagna
Spaghetti squash lasagna recipe
Ingredients
* 1 lb of spicy Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
* 1/4 onion, diced
* 2 cloves of garlic, minced
* 1 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese
* 1 egg
* 1 1/2 cups of tomato sauce
* 1 cooked spaghetti squash (about 4 cups of squash)
* 2/3 cup of mozzarella cheese
* 1 T parmesan cheese
* fresh basil
* salt and pepper
Directions
1. Spray a pan with olive oil cooking spray, saute onion until soft. Add turkey sausage and brown until cooked through. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat.
2. Prepare your squash
3. Stir an egg, parmesan cheese, and a sprinkle of pepper into the ricotta.
4. Preheat your oven to 375. Spray a casserole dish with a olive oil cooking spray and begin the layering process.
5. First, spoon about half of your sauce on the bottom of the casserole dish.
6. Next, add the cooked sausage. Layer spaghetti squash over the sausage then add the rest of the sauce and some fresh chopped basil.
7. Finally, top sauce with the ricotta cheese mixture and then add the shredded mozzarella.
8. Bake until cheese is melty and bubbly – about 15-20 mins. To brown the cheese, broil on low for 5-10 minutes at the end, but watch carefully.

o 1 spaghetti squash
o 1 teaspoon olive oil , divided
o salt and pepper , to taste
Filling & Meat Sauce:
o 1 cup ricotta cheese
o 1/3 cup parmesan cheese , shredded
o 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
o 1 teaspoon garlic powder
o 1 lemon , juice
o 1 cup spinach
o 1 teaspoon olive oil
o 1/4 cup yellow onion
o 3 cloves garlic , minced
o 1/2 pound ground turkey , ground beef or chicken work too!
o coarse kosher salt & ground black pepper
o 1 cup marinara sauce
Toasted Lemon Panko:
o 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
o 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
o 1 lemon , zested
o coarse kosher salt & ground black pepper
Toppings:
o 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
o 6 fresh basil leaves , to garnish
