How To make Hawaiian Turkey Salad
3 c Cooked brown rice
2 c Cooked turkey
(coarsely chopped) 8 oz Pineapple chunks in juice

drain; reserve juice 8 oz Sliced water chestnuts
drained 1 md Apple; unpeeled
:
cored and chopped 1/3 c Chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Plain yogurt
Lettuce leaves 1/4 c Shredded coconut; toasted
Combine rice, turkey, pineapple, water chestnuts, apple, nuts and salt. Toss lightly with yogurt and 1 tablespoon pineapple juice. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with coconut. 1 oz (57g) Bulgur
2 Tomatoes
2 Fresh Limes
3.5 oz (100g) Green Onions
7 oz (198g) Fresh Parsley
0.5 oz (14g) Fresh Mint (Leaves)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Salt, Black Pepper Powder
Preparations:
1- Soak Bulgur in Boiling water for 30 Minutes.
2- Dice the tomatoes.
3- Dice the green onions.
4- Mince the fresh mint's leaves.
5- Mince the parsley.

Hawaiian Chicken Salad
2 ½ cups cooked chicken breasts, cut into cubes
20-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 ½ cups diced celery
½ cup toasted slivered almonds
1/3 cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
lettuce leaves
