1 1/2 c Uncooked Elbow Or Spiral
-Macaroni; About 6 Ounces 10 oz Frozen Green Peas; 1 Pkg
2 c Cooked Turkey; Cut Up
3/4 c Cholesterol Free Reduced
-Calorie Mayonnaise Or Salad -Dressing 1/2 c Cheddar Cheese; Shredded,
- 2 Ounces 5 md Green Onions; Sliced, About
1/2 Cup
1/3 c Sweet Pickle Relish
1 md Celery Stalk; Sliced, About
- 1/2 Cup 3 c Lettuce; Torn Into Bite Size
-Pieces, About 1/2 Medium -Head Cook the macaroni according to the package directions and drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Rinse the frozen peas with cold water to separate and drain. Mix the macaroni, peas and remaining ingredients except the lettuce. Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours or until well chilled. Serve on the lettuce. TURKEY MACARONI SALAD|CHRISTMAS LEFTOVER|ANG BUBAY SA ABROAD
11/2 CUP TURKEY SHREDDED
11/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 CUP RAISINS
1 CUP CARROTS, CHOPPED
1 PIECE BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED
(you can use different colour bell pepper)
1 CUP PINEAPPLE CHUNKS SLICE INTO SMALL PIECES
1/2 CUP ONION CHOPPED
2 TBSP GHERKINS CHOPPED
1/2 TEASPOON SALT TO TASTE
1/2 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1/4 KILO ELBOW MACARONI
(boil the macaroni according to the instructions given writen outside the pack)
1 TBSP SUGAR
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl
mix well untill everything mixed and ready to serve

Turkey Pasta Salad
Serves: 4 Serving Size: 1 cup
Ingredients Needed:
2 cups of pasta noodles, cooked
1½ teaspoons chives, dried, or 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon fresh chives (optional)
¼ cup light mayonnaise
1 ⅔ cups cooked turkey, diced
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/3 cup celery, thinly diced
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Stir chives into mayonnaise.
Lightly mix together pasta, turkey, grapes, and celery.
Stir in mayonnaise/chive mixture.
Chill well and serve.
