Parsley Garlic Bread / recipe
I love bread, I love garlic, I love parsley.
So let's make parsley garlic bread!
I love making this and bring them to potlucks. People love it!
And it's super easy to make, I promise no one will fail!
Ingredients:
* Garlic
* Parsley
* Salted Butter (~5 tbsp.)
* Salt
* Italian bread or French bread
* Mozzarella cheese
I don't have a specific amount for ingredients.
If you like a lot of garlic, go ahead and mince a lot of garlic.
If you like a lot of parsley, then chop as much parsley as you like.
Tips *
Add more butter during mixing if you think it's not enough, or olive oil is great as well.
Add salt during the mixing (which I forgot to do).
Bake for 10-12 mins.
Then bring them out, spread with cheese, and bake until cheese melted or golden, about 5 mins.

Hello, friends! The ingredients I used for the sandwiches --- Coronation Chicken, Egg and Bacon, and Crab and Bell Pepper -- are listed below. I hope you enjoy this episode! #afternoontea
Coronation Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients for about 3 cups of filling:
2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded or finely chopped
1 tablespoon (or more, to taste) mango chutney
1 tablespoon (or more, if needed) mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
Brown bread, lightly buttered
Egg and Bacon Sandwich
Ingredients for about 3 cups of filling:
6 hard-cooked eggs
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons minced shallot (or onion)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled or finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Chive Cream Cheese Spread*
Pain de Mie (French sandwich bread), buttered
*Chive Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients for about 2 cups; leftover spread can be used as a dip for crackers or crudite:
1 8-ounce block cream cheese, whipped
2 (or more) tablespoons finely-chopped fresh chives
A pinch of salt
Crab and Bell Pepper Sandwich
Ingredients for about 1 1/2 cups of filling:
Lump crab meat from a 4-ounce can, drained
2 tablespoons minced red bell pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
The grated zest of a lemon
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon (or more, to taste) Old Bay Seasoning
Thinly-sliced white sandwich bread, buttered

No-Fuss Fancy Garlic Bread

Yield: 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients
1/4 cup lightly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/4 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
1 baguette
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Add the parsley, basil, salt and garlic to a small food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Pulse the mixture until it's finely chopped. Add the butter and cheese and pulse to fully incorporate.
Cut the baguette in half through the middle and open the 2 pieces like a book, cut-side up. Spread the butter mixture evenly on each of the cut sides. Sandwich the 2 sides together and cut the baguette in half. Wrap each half in foil and place them on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and turn the broiler to high. Carefully unwrap the foil packs and open the bread, exposing the buttered sides. Return the baking sheet to the oven and broil until the edges are toasted, about 1 minute. Cut each baguette quarter into 3 pieces and serve.
