Ingredients
8-10 medium sized russet potatoes
1 pack center cut bacon
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 green onion, chopped (separate the green for garnish)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
48 oz chicken broth
2 cups whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
8 oz cheddar cheese
8 oz Colby Jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon bae seasoning (blend of lemon pepper and
old bay)
Salt and pepper to taste

REZEPT UND ZUTATEN:
1 rote Zwiebel.
Olivenöl.
Die rote Zwiebel bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten.
3 Stangen Sellerie.
2 kleine Karotten.
2 Kartoffeln.
2 Süßkartoffeln.
Gemüse gut mischen.
Wasser 1,2 Liter / 6 Gläser.
Gemüsebrühe 1 Liter / 5 Tassen.
Mit einem Deckel abdecken und aufkochen lassen.
1 Brokkoli.
1 Zucchini.
Abdecken und 35 Minuten garen, bis das Gemüse weich ist.
Während die Suppe kocht, die Croutons zubereiten!
3 Scheiben Brot.
Olivenöl.
Salz, Getrockneter Knoblauch.
Italienische Kräuter.
Braten, bis sie goldbraun sind.
Es stellte sich als sehr lecker und duftende Croutons heraus!
Gemüse ist fertig!
Grind bis glatt.
Salz, Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Sahne 300 ml / 1 Glas.
Gut mischen.
Stellen Sie den Topf für weitere 5 Minuten auf den Herd, um die Sahne einzudicken.
Gemüsesuppe ist fertig!

• Water to thin out the vegetables
• Citrus juice to perk up the flavor
• A salty seasoning (salt or miso)
• Pungent seasonings (herbs, spices, onion, garlic, etc.)
• Fat (such as avocado or olive oil) to make the soup creamy
Then Jennifer walks you step-by-step through an actual soup preparation featuring unpeeled zucchini, celery, spinach, fresh basil, tomato, lemon juice, salt, miso, water, garlic, and green onion.

This easy vegetable soup is packed with flavor and uses simple, everyday vegetables to their full potential. But there's plenty of room for customization — use any fresh or frozen vegetables you have on hand. It's the perfect blank canvas to work with for soup season!
A simple vegetable soup like this is my absolute favorite. It's nourishing, comforting, fresh, and light, yet filling enough to be a full vegetarian meal. But truth be told, I was never a fan of vegetable soup until I started making it myself at home, with this recipe. Because other versions I had tried were always been a bit bland and boring.
So what makes my version unique (and better)? The vegetables are sautéed with Italian seasoning and loads of garlic, then simmered in a savory broth with fresh lemon juice and parsley. And that punch of fresh lemon really brightens and enhances the flavor!
