Chocolate Fudge Pecan Pie

Pecan Pie Brownies rich and fudgy!
Pecan Pie Brownies is that brownie that you will always remember. These brownies are rich and fudgy with the delicious topping of pecan pie filling. This flavor combination of chocolate and pecan pie sends this brownie to the next level. Georgia produces really great pecans and the added crunch from the chopped pecans in this brownie is really fabulous. I recommend you try this recipe for Pecan Pie Brownies as I am sure your friends and family with be requesting these brownies all the time.
Here is the recipe:
Brownie batter:
145g/ 10 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
200g/ 1 cup granulated sugar
65g/ 2/3 cup dark cocoa powder
63g ½ cup all-purpose flour
2g/½ tsp. salt
4g/1 tsp vanilla extract
114g/ 2 eggs
2g/ ½ tsp pure chocolate flavoring (optional)
Pre heat oven to 350F/ 176C
Melt butter in a double boiler and allow to cool.
Add eggs, vanilla, granulated sugar and combine.
Add cocoa powder, all-purpose flour and salt and combine
Transfer batter to a 9X9 inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake 350 F/ 176 C degrees for 25 minutes and remove
For the Pecan Pie topping:
97g/ ½ cup brown sugar
184g/ ½ cup corn syrup
4g/ 1 tsp vanilla
114g/ 2 eggs
56g/ ¼ cup/4 tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
188g/ 1 cup chopped pecans
Using a large bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and corn syrup
Add eggs and combine
Add chopped pecans and combine
Place topping over the partial baked brownies
Bake @350F/176C for about 20 minutes and ensure topping is set.
Allow to cool to room temperature and place in refrigerator for 2 hours
Cut into squares and serve.

Pecan Fudge Pie
Hello friends, today I am going to show you how to make this delicious Pecan Fudge Pie. This standout Pecan Fudge pie is filled with a sweet gooey pecan fudge filling, featuring a chocolate crust, and topped with dark chocolate ganache. Pecan Fudge filling
2 cups pecan halves (250 grams)
2 14 oz. cans Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (792 grams)
2 tbsp unsalted butter room temperature
Ganache
1/3 cup heavy cream 80 ml
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (56 grams)
