How To make Fudgy Fruitcake Brownies
1/2 c Butter
6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
=(14 ozs) 1 ts Almond extract
2 Eggs
1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 c Candied fruitcake mixture *
1 c Chopped walnuts
* (available in supermarkets in produce sections usually) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 by 13 inch baking pan. In large saucepan melt together butter and chocolate chips. Stir constantly until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Add condensed milk and almond extract. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mixwell. Stir in candied fruit and walnuts. Spread in baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Ingredients-
120 g Dark Chocolate (Use pure / Real Chocolate)
25 g Butter
100 g Thick Yoghurt
120 g Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
90 g All Purpose Flour
10 g Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
A pinch of Salt
Method-
Grease a 7 baking tin and line it with parchment paper. Leave 4 overhangs instead of 2 as shown. It eases the removal of brownie from the pan.
Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, add in the yogurt, sugar and whisk well. Add in the vanilla essence and whisk again for 4-5 mins to ensure that the sugar dissolves completely. Set aside.
Now, melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler/ microwave and add it to the yogurt-sugar mixture
Alongside, preheat the oven.
Mix together very well for 1-2 minutes and then, add in the dry ingredients while sieving in small batches. Just mix enough using the cut and fold method to combine them well. DO NOT OVER MIX!
Transfer to the greased pan, spread it evenly and bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 20-22 mins.
Remove and let it cool in the pan itself for 30-40 minutes.
Remove and cut it only when completely cooled. If you have time, refrigerate it for an hour before cutting.
To serve, Microwave it for seconds, top with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, drizzle some chocolate sauce and enjoy!!
Fudgy Fruit & Nut Chocolate Brownies
These brownies have a wonderfully fudgy texture with a flavour that is enhanced so much by the addition of hazelnuts and raisins, as well as morello cherry on the top. I made individual brownies, but in an 8 inch pan would be good too.

Bakery Style Soft Brownie
Ingredients
Eggs 8 Pieces
Oil 250 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Flour 200 gm
Cocoa powder 50 gm
Baking powder 5 gm
Baking Soda 3 gm
Dark Chocolate 150 gm
Whipy Whip Whipping Cream 80 gm
Method
Take a bowl, mix eggs and sugar in it till it turns fluffy. Then add oil. Then add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in it. Mix it well with hands. Place in the brownie mold. Now bake it for 30-35 minutes at 170°.
Prepare Chocolate ganache with Chocolate and Whip Cream and use it for topping of the brownie.

Ingredients:
2 sticks (1 cup)(227g/ 8oz) unsalted butter, softened, melted
8 ounces dark chocolate
1 tablespoon (14g/ .05oz) espresso powder
2 cups (454g/16oz) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (113g/ 4oz) brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
