How To make Fudgy Fruitcake Brownies
1/2 c Butter
6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
=(14 ozs) 1 ts Almond extract
2 Eggs
1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 c Candied fruitcake mixture *
1 c Chopped walnuts
* (available in supermarkets in produce sections usually) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 by 13 inch baking pan. In large saucepan melt together butter and chocolate chips. Stir constantly until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Add condensed milk and almond extract. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mixwell. Stir in candied fruit and walnuts. Spread in baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into bars. 1. Bake after preheating the oven
2. You can replace granulated sugar and dark brown sugar with light brown sugar
3. If it's too sweet for you, you can use 20g less sugar
4. I took it out of the oven and tapped it after 20 minutes to make the crack
5. It tastes better when you use good-quality dark chocolate and cocoa powder
6. It tastes better if you put it in an airtight container or wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it

½ cup (75gms) mixed nuts
6 tbsp (75gms) jaggery
1 + 1/2 tbsp (22ml) water

Today we are making the most amazing fudgy brownies! This is a simple way of making the perfect fudgy brownies, infact this is the only brownie recipe you will ever need.

1 cup (120 grams) flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (43 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
170 grams butter
3 Tablespoons oil (35 grams)
2 tsp Vanilla (this was missing from the video)
1 and 1/2 cups (300 grams) sugar
2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1 cup (150 grams) chocolate chips
Bake at 180c for 25 minutes. ENJOY

Bakery Style Soft Brownie
Ingredients
Eggs 8 Pieces
Oil 250 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Flour 200 gm
Cocoa powder 50 gm
Baking powder 5 gm
Baking Soda 3 gm
Dark Chocolate 150 gm
Whipy Whip Whipping Cream 80 gm
Method
Take a bowl, mix eggs and sugar in it till it turns fluffy. Then add oil. Then add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in it. Mix it well with hands. Place in the brownie mold. Now bake it for 30-35 minutes at 170°.
Prepare Chocolate ganache with Chocolate and Whip Cream and use it for topping of the brownie.
