Meatloaf Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef 85% or 90%
3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
2 Large Eggs
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 medium Yellow Onion
3 tbsp Ketchup
1/3 cup whole Milk
3 tbsp Fresh or Dried Parsley
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Creole Seasoning or Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Worcestershire (optional)
Meatloaf Sauce Ingredients
3/4 cup Ketchup
2 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt

Ingredients:
2 lb ground turkey or 1lb ground turkey & 1lb ground beef
2 tbsp fresh basil
1 small onion - finely chopped
3 mini multi color bell peppers
2 tsp Better than Bouillon Garlic Base
2 tsp Better than Bouillon Beef Base
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Ms Dash - garlic & herb
1 tsp cracked black pepper
½ cup garlic & herb Ritz Crackers - 10 crackers
½ cup milk
2 large eggs - whisked
2 Tbsp Ketchup
Sauce:
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s - Honey BBQ Sauce
2 tsp sweet chili sauce
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Spray a sheet pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
Mix all dry seasonings/spices into the meat - mix well.
Add in onion, eggs, both Better than Bullion products, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, basil, crackers , milk. Fold it all into each other until well combined - but don’t over mix.
Place meatloaf mixture on to a sheet pan. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Start preparing the meatloaf sauce. In a small mixing bowl, mix ketchup, BBQ sauce & sweet chili sauce. (Optional - add scallions & bell peppers) Whisk until ingredients are well combined. Spread the meatloaf glaze on top when it has 30 minutes left to bake.
Let the meatloaf rest for 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast

Ingredients
1 whole bone-in turkey breast, 6 1/2 to 7 pounds
1 tablespoon minced garlic (3 cloves)
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage leaves
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons good olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup dry white wine
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Place the turkey breast, skin side up, on a rack in a roasting pan.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, mustard, herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice to make a paste. Loosen the skin from the meat gently with your fingers and smear half of the paste directly on the meat. Spread the remaining paste evenly on the skin. Pour the wine into the bottom of the roasting pan.
Roast the turkey for 1 3/4 to 2 hours, until the skin is golden brown and an instant-read thermometer registers 165 degrees F when inserted into the thickest and meatiest areas of the breast. (I test in several places.) If the skin is over-browning, cover the breast loosely with aluminum foil. When the turkey is done, cover with foil and allow it to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. Slice and serve with the pan juices spooned over the turkey.
