Ingredients
1 (12 ounces) bag broccoli florets
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ cup packed finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 tablespoons Italian bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
1 ½ teaspoons olive oil, or as needed

????Ingredients :
???? 1 small head of broccoli
???? 1 onion
???? 1 medium carrot
1 red pepper
1/2tbsp cumin
1/2tbsp paprika
???? 3 garlic cloves
For the batter:
1 cup | 250g gram flour
1cup | 240ml plant based milk of your choice
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2tbsp olive oil
2tbsp dairy free parmesan or other cheese you like (optional)
????Method:
???? Disassemble 1 head of broccoli into inflorescences and grate.
???? Cut 1 onion.
Transfer the onion into a greased frying pan. Fry until translucent.
???? Peel and cut into cubes 1 medium carrot.
Transfer carrot cubes to the sautéed onions.
Dice 1 red pepper.
Add pepper to the pan.
Season with 1/2 tbsp cumin.
1/2 tbsp paprika.
???? Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic.
Stir well until all the ingredients are combined.
Sauté over medium heat for 10 minutes stirring frequently until veggies soften.
Time to make delicious batter.
In a mixing bowl combine.
1 cup | 250g gram flour.
1/2 tsp turmeric.
1/2 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp baking powder.
Pour 1cup | 240ml of plant based milk of your choice.
2 tbsp olive oil.
Stir well until all the ingredients are combined.
Meanwhile our vegetables are ready.
Combine vegetables with grated broccoli.
Pour the batter into vegetables mixture.
Mix it all well together.
Pour the mixture in to the baking tray.
The diameter of the baking tray I use for this recipe is 20x30cm (8x12inch)
Sprinkle with 2 tbsp vegan parmesan or other cheese you like (optional).
Bake in the preheated oven at 360F | 180C for 30 minutes.

It's so delicious that I make this almost every weekend! A simple broccoli recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
250g broccoli
Hot water
Soak for 5 minutes
Drain the water after 5 minutes
Chop the broccoli into small pieces
Add to a bowl
3 eggs
Salt
Black pepper
Whisk the eggs with a fork
Pour on the broccoli
20g green onion
Chop
Add to the broccoli
Dice 1/2 onion
20g mozzarella cheese (optional)
Salt & black pepper
Mix well
Medium heat
olive oil
Pour into the frying pan
Spread evenly
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Flip over with a plate
Fry for another 2 minutes
Add some olive oil
Done!

Best Pizza Dough Recipe, Caramelized Onion Pizza Crust Cauliflower and Roasted Red Pepper Pizza
Pizza Crust Recipe, In this video I show you how to make delicious caramelized onion pizza dough. We'll top the pizzas with cauliflower, roasted pepper, cheese and my secret ingredient nutmeg. Enjoy. Recipe is below.

Caramelized Onion Pizza Dough
1cup finely diced yellow onion (optional, omit if you don't want to use onions)
1tbl olive oil
1cup warm water
1/3 cup warm milk
1/2tbl honey
2tbl olive oil or vegetable oil
2 1/2tsp dry yeast
4cups all purpose flour
1/2 tbl kosher salt
Toppings
2tbl olive oil
1 1/2 tsp dry basil
3 to 4 cups fresh cauliflower, broken into small florets, or sliced
3 red roasted peppers, skin removed, sliced into strips
8 to 10 rounds of ham, I used turkey ham, sliced into thick strips
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2tsp fresh ground nutmeg
fresh pepper, kosher salt
Heat one tbl olive oil in a skillet, add diced onions, stir, sautee until golden, caramelized. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
In a small bowl stir together warm water, milk and honey. Whisk in yeast, let sit for 2 minutes then stir in 2tbl oil.
Measure flour into the bowl of your stand mixer, add salt and stir to combine.
Make a well in the center and pour yeast mixture into the flour. Add caramelized onion.
Using a hook attachment knead the dough until it comes together.
Remove from the bowl, dust work surface with a little bit of flour, knead for several minutes until it forms a ball.
Oil or spray with non stick spray one large clean bowl. Place the dough inside. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel.
Let rise at warm spot for 1 1/2 hours until doubled in volume.
After dough has risen you are now ready to make pizzas.
Make Pizzas (makes 4)
Invert risen dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Divide into 4 sections.
Knead each section to form a ball.
Flatten each ball using your hand, tips of you fingers, about 1/2 inch thick or so.
Place each round on a piece of parchment paper that you brushed with oil.
Brush each pizza with little bit of oil, sprinkle dry basil all over.
In a bowl stir together cauliflower and parmesan cheese, season with salt and fresh pepper
Layer toppings, starting with ham sliced, red pepper slices.
Distribute cauliflower cheese mixture evenly among the pizzas.
Sprinkle mozzarella on each pizza.
Let rise for 20 minutes.
While pizza is rising, preheat the oven to 425F, into the oven also put one large baking sheet, heat the sheet while oven is preheating, I you have cast iron pans or pizza stone use it.
Once the oven is preheated remove the hot baking sheet and transfer pizza onto the sheet. Be careful to handle baking sheet it will be hot! You should be able to fit 2 pizza per sheet.
Bake pizzas for 20- 25 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is all melted.
Remove from the oven, transfer pizzas on plate and transfer unbaked pizzas onto the baking sheet and bake off the remaining pizzas.
