How To make Fresh Vegetable Pizza
2 c Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
8 oz Sour cream
1 1/2 tb Prepared horseradish
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
2 c Fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 c Chopped, seeded tomatoes
1 c Small broccoli florets
1/2 c Chopped green peppers
1/2 c Chopped green onions
1>. Heat oven to 375 deg.F. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place
rectangles crosswise in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan; presss over bottom and 1 inch up the sides. Seal perforations. Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. 2>. Blend sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper until smooth. Spread evenly over crust. Top with remaining ingredients. Cut into appetizer-size pieces. Refrigerate.

Sienna DeGovia ( ): My husband loves pizza, but pizza delivery gets pretty expensive ... not to mention all the added calories! So, I created this healthy alternative using simple ingredients and store-bought dough. This recipe is the perfect weeknight meal. It's quick and easy to make and a great (cheaper!) alternative to delivery. Your kids -- and picky eater hubbies -- will love it!

Mascarpone Veggie Pizza
1 round pre-made pizza dough, divided in half
1 tablespoon (15 mL) all purpose flour
1 sweet onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 orange bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons (30 mL) olive oil
¼ cup (60g) marscarpone
small hunk of pecorino cheese
1 bunch fresh basil
sea salt and black pepper to taste
Heat oven to 500°F (260°C). Place onions and peppers in baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Place in oven on lower shelf.
Meanwhile, set dough on lightly floured work surface in a warm spot and allow to come to room temperature, about 20 minutes. When dough is warm and pliable form into a disk and use a rolling pin to roll it out as thin as possible.
Place dough in the oven on a baking sheet on the top shelf and
cook until crisp and brown, about 5-10 minutes. Pull out your finished dough and the roasted vegetables.
Spread dough with marscarpone and top with roasted vegetables. Grate pecorino over the vegetables. Top with torn basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.

In this video we will see how to make pizza in tamil. Homemade pizza dough is easy to make, it is a slow but fun process. Freshly baked pizza tastes much better than any store bought pizza. You can use any topping of your choice, I have made a vegetable pizza in this video. I have used a homemade pizza sauce for this recipe.

And for cheese, the best option is fresh mozzarella cheese (for stretchiness) , it will a little hard to find. The next option would be shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Usually pre-shredded cheeses are drier and will take longer to melt. For making mozzarella at home, we need RENNET tablets after curdling the milk, if we make without rennet we will get paneer (which won't be stretchy).

Homemade Veggie Pizza | Just Like Mario's in Trinidad and Tobago
Hi everyone! Hope you're all doing well!
I had a craving for Mario's Garden Delight Pizza and decided to make it at home.
INGREDIENTS for 4 -16 pizzas:
Pizza Crust
-6 cups of Bread Flour (or All-Purpose)
-1 1/4 tablespoons of yeast
-2 teaspoons of salt
-2 teaspoons of sugar
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-2 1/4- 2 1/2 cups of warm water
Toppings:
-16-20 cloves of garlic
-1 cup of olive oil
-4 cups or more of cheese ( I used mozzarella)
-1 red onion
-2 cups of chopped pineapple
-2 cup of sliced sweet peppers
-2 cups of mushrooms
-2 cups of fresh roasted or boiled corn
-chili peppers (optional)
-Optional ingredients: Meat, Fish (salted cod), Shrimp, Tofu, Soya, Spinach, Broccoli, Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Alfredo Sauce, Celery, Carrots, Olives etc.
Bake at 500F for 10-12 minutes or until it's the texture and color you like (crispy or brown).
To give it that signature Trini look and taste, add some swirls of ketchup, mustard and pepper. Enjoy!!!
