How To make Artichoke and Red Pepper Pizza
1 (10-Oz.)Can Pillsbury Refrigerated All Ready Pizza Cru
TOPPING 5 Garlic cloves
peeled
1/4 to 1/3 cup olive oil
2 red bell peppers :
cut into 1/4-inch st
1 (2.5-Oz.) Ja Green Giant Sliced Mushrooms -- drained
3 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
or 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves 1 (6-oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts -- drained& chopped
1 (2 1/4-oz.) sliced ripe olives -- drained
8 oz. (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 425F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish or 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough and place in greased pan; starting at center, press out with hands. Bake at 425F. for 8 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown.
In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, process garlic 10 to 15 seconds or until finely chopped. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the oil. With machine running, add remaining oil all at once through feed tube or opening in top of blender lid. Process 20 to 30 seconds or just until blended. Spread garlic mixture over partially baked crust.
Heat reserved 1 tablespoon oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat until hot; cook and stir peppers in oil until crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Layer peppers, mushrooms, basil, artichokes and olives over garlic mixture; top with cheeses. Bake at 425=B0 F. for 8 to 14 minutes until crust is golden brown around edges and cheese is melted. 8 servings

Hot Pepper Oil
1Tbsp water
1Tbsp Crushed Calabrese Peppers (Use jalapenos if you can't get these)
2 1/2 tsp Chopped Serrano Peppers (With seeds)
2 tsp Chopped Chile Peppers
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 Cup Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients except for the oil. Cook mixture in skillet at medium high heat for about 1 minute. Add the oil and simmer for about 1 minute. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before serving on pizza

Spinach-Artichoke Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 (5-oz.) container baby spinach, coarsely chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 c. ricotta
1 1/2 oz. Parmesan, grated (about 1/3 c.)
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. crush red pepper flakes
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. cornmeal
1 lb. store-bought pizza dough, at room temperature
6 oz. Fontina cheese, grated (about 1 1/2 c.)
1 (14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
Fresh basil leaves, torn, for serving
Directions:
Heat oven to 450 degrees F with the rack in the lowest position. Heat oil in a 10 skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and garlic and cook until wilted and liquid has evaporated, 3 to 4 minutes; transfer to a plate. Cool skillet slightly and wipe clean.
Stir together ricotta, Parmesan, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle skillet with cornmeal. Stretch dough into a 12 round. Carefully press dough into the bottom and up the sides of the skillet.
Top dough with ricotta mixture, spinach, Fontina, and artichokes. Bake until the crust is golden brown, 20 to 24 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with basil and cut into wedges.
