How To make Fool Yourself Cookies/Low Cal
1 tb Peanut butter
1 pk Low-cal hot chocolate mix
1/2 md Banana; mashed
1/3 c Oatmeal; (quick-cook)
1/4 ts Baking powder
Blend well with a fork, make six cookie drop on cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 10 minutes. This is an old Weight Watchers recipe; I don't know calories, but it's equal to 1 fruit, 1 milk, 1 fat, 1 protein and 1 bread - that's for the whole recipe! -----

Yo everyone & welcome to another video. If you are here for any of the following reasons, make sure you stick around:
- Full-Day Of Eating 1800 Calories
- Healthy Cheat Meals For Weight Loss
- Low-Calorie Cheat Day
- Low-Calorie High Protein Meals For Fat Loss
- Healthy Pizza Recipe For Weight Loss
So, today's video is the third episode of my full day of eating healthy cheat meals series and in total, these meals come to 1800 calories. So, the difference between these meals and your typical cheat meals or cheat days is that they are low in calories, they are high in protein and they are a lot more filling and satisfying (and still very tasty). So, I start the day off with some protein porridge. Then, I move on to healthy homemade pizza using bacon and eggs. This can be a breakfast pizza or you can have it for lunch or dinner - pizza is good at any time. And the final meal is a healthy Chinese spice bag which is just ridiculously good.
Enjoy!
