1/3 c Oatmeal; (quick-cook)
1/4 ts Baking powder
Blend well with a fork, make six cookie drop on cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 10 minutes. This is an old Weight Watchers recipe; I don't know calories, but it's equal to 1 fruit, 1 milk, 1 fat, 1 protein and 1 bread - that's for the whole recipe! -----

Hello everyone, we're back with another Trader Joes haul. I found more new items, some sweet and some meaty. I'm very excited to be sharing this haul with you all since I have a surprise cookie recipe at the end of this video.
I've spent the past 4 years trying countless cookie recipes and I've finally found the one! This recipe creates the perfect chocolate chip cookies with the right amount of crispiness on the edges and the perfect center that stays soft the day after. These are heaven in your mouth! Try them out for yourself and let me know how they turned out.

Fool-Proof Ginger Snap Cookie Recipe // Chewy and PERFECT for the Holidays
NOTE: I MEANT FAHRENHEIT INSTEAD OF CELSIUS HAHA
Since the holiday season is right around the corner, we thought we'd share this amazing ginger snap cookie recipe with you! (credits to our friend Emma for the recipe ????).
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground ginger (powder form)
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt (skip this part if your butter is already salted)
3/4 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup molasses
Extra sugar for rolling
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2) In a medium sized bowl, sift together flour, ground ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt. Mix together then set aside for later
3) In a large bowl, add softened butter. Mix until soft and smooth. Then gradually add in sugar and cream together until light and fluffy.
4) Beat in the egg, water, and molasses into the butter and sugar mixture. Mix until well combined (should be soft and medium brown in colour).
5) Gently fold in flour mixture into butter mixture until well combined. Add a little bit of flour each time so it doesn't go everywhere and is evenly incorporate.
6) Pour some sugar into a bowl for rolling the cookies in. **For some festive fun, you can add coloured sugar sprinkles. Make sure the sprinkles don't melt of distort in the oven. We added Red for Christmas :) **
7) Using a cookie scoop or estimation, scoop about 1 inch balls. Roll into circle, then roll the balls in sugar mixture. Place coated balls on cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
8) Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes in preheated oven. You will know its done when it has some cracks on the surface. **MAKE SURE NOT TO OVER BAKE AS YOU WANT THESE COOKIES TO BE CHEWY AND SOFT.**
9) Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
