How To make Fondue Bourguignonne
2 lb Fillet steak
FOR SAUCE:
1 tb Oil
2 Shallots finely chopped
1 Garlic clove :
crushed
14 oz Can chopped tomatoes
2 tb Tomato puree
Salt and pepper 1 tb Parsley -- fresh fine
Chopped
To make tomato sauce, heat oil in a saucepan, add shallots and cook gently until soft. Stir in garlic, tomatoes with their juice and tomato puree. Season, bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes or until sauce has reduced and thickened. Stir in parsley and serve hot or cold. Cut the steak into 1 inch cubes and put in serving dish. Conviviale à souhait!! Parfait pour cette période des fêtes!
Ingrédients:
800g de rumsteck en cubes
1.Salsa verde:
60g de persil
1 gousse d'ail
1 c. à s. de jus de citron
1 filet d'anchois
1 c. à s. de câpres
2 tranches de pain
2 c. à s. de vinaigre balsamique blanc
100ml d'huile d'olive
Sel, poivre du moulin
2. Dip à l'ail et au paprika
1 tête d'ail
100ml de crème fraîche
2 c. à s. de mayonnaise
1 c. à c. de paprika
Huile d'olive
Sel
3. Dip pomme-curry
100g de compote de pommes
100g de fromage frais
1,5 c. à c. de curry
1/2 c. à c. de cumin
1/2 c. à c. de curcuma
Sel, poivre du moulin
Accompagnements:
Poireaux surgelés
4 grandes pommes de terre
50g de beurre
Huile d'olive
Sel, poivre du moulin
Huile pour friture

For this recipe, we use our own beef broth recipe, which is detailed at the end of the description.
Meat fondue recipe
Meat fondue ingredients:
1 liter of beef broth (recipe described at the end);
1 liter of red wine;
3 small onions;
5 slices of ginger;
1 tablespoon of soy sauce;
6 cinnamon husks;
3 star rings;
1 tablespoon of black pepper;
3 cloves;
1 piece of filet mignon cut into small cubes.
How to prepare the meat fondue:
(1) Put the wine in a fondue pot.
(2) Add onions, ginger, cinnamon, anise, black pepper and cloves.
(3) Simmer for 2 minutes.
(4) Add soy sauce and broth.
(5) Simmer for another 2 minutes over medium heat.
(6) Skewer a cube of filet mignon and cook in the meat fondue until it reaches your taste.

Beef broth recipe
Meat broth ingredients:
1kg of beef cut into cubes;
1 chopped onion;
2 chopped garlic cloves;
1 celery stick;
1 leek;
1 sprig of rosemary;
1 bunch of thyme;
1 tablespoon of salt;
5 bay leaves;
1 bunch of chopped chives;
1 bunch of chopped parsley;
1 bunch of chopped coriander;
1 tablespoon of black pepper;
3 liters of water;
4 tablespoons of oil.
How to prepare the meat broth:
(1) Put the oil in a pan and add the minced meat.
(2) Let the meat brown well and add the salt, pepper, bay leaves, thyme and rosemary.
(3) Stir for 2 minutes while the mixture is fried.
(4) Add the chives, parsley, cilantro, garlic, celery and onion.
(5) Finally, add water and cook for 2 hours over low heat.
(6) Once ready, strain the broth and set aside to be added to the meat fondue.
