Food In Five - Lemon Butter & Dill Baked Flounder
This has got to be one of the easiest, most consistent crowd pleasing fish recipes! No flipping, no sticking to the pan, no monitoring temp...just wait until the fish flakes, and pull it on out!
Mix paprika, dillweed, salt and pepper until you like the taste. Coat the fish generously, pour on lemon juice and melted butter, and throw it in the oven! About 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees on a pan and you are done!
We used fresh flounder caught in the Indian River Bay the day before, but I don’t know why this wouldn’t work with any white flaky fish! Give it a shot, leave me a comment and let me know what you think!
