3 tb Butter or margarine
1 tb Dill,fresh,chopped
3/4 ts Dill weed
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Salt
1 Green onion,med,thin sliced
1 lb Flounder fillets
Lemon slices for garnish
1. In 10-inch skillet over medium-low heat, heat first
5 ingredients, stirring occasionally, until butter or
margarine is melted and hot. 2. If flounder fillets are large, cut into
serving-sized pieces. Add flounder to butter mixture in skillet; cover and cook 5-8 minutes, until flounder flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting flounder occasionally with butter mixture in skillet. 3. Arrange flounder with its sauce in warm deep
platter. Garnish with lemon slices.

Today I am making crispy fried fish with a homemade lemon herb tartar sauce. This recipe is similar to a beer battered fish with out the beer.
INGREDIENTS
2 to 3 lbs Cod Fish
salt and pepper to preference
1/2 cup all purpose flour for dredge
OIL for frying
BATTER INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 cup (250 g) all purpose flour
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
15 oz (450 ml) mineral water
LEMON HERB TARTAR SAUCE (I did not weigh ingredients)
1 1/2 cups mayo
1 to 2 TBSP sweet relish
juice of half of large lemon
1 TBSP lemon zest
2 TBSP fresh chives
1 TBSP fresh dill
1/2 to 1 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder

OLD SCHOOL SAUTE FLOUNDER WITH LEMON ???? BUTTER SAUCE (T.G.I.F. FISH ???? SEGMENT)
This is another delicious quick recipe that you can enjoy on Fridays
Recipe:
2 flounder filets
all purpose flour
veg oil
4 oz. cold butter
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper taste
season fish with salt and pepper
dust with flour and sauté in skillet until brown on both sides(about 2 minutes per side)
remove fish from skillet and set aside
For Lemon Butter:
In same skillet remove oil and add lemon juice to low temperature and let reduce slightly
slowly add butter a few pieces at a time while whisking in slowly
add salt and pepper to taste and chopped parsley
