1 lb pepper leaf
1 bamboo shoot
1 pkg rau ngot
1 corn on the cobb
1 long or 3 small anong
1/2pkg rice paddy herb
2 cloves garlic
3 red chillies
100 g oyster mushroom
100g dried smoked fish
1/2 kg salmon
1 Head prahma fish
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp chicken soup mix
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
100 g small shrimp
150 g pork belly
3.5 L of water
1/4 cup uncooked rice

*For braise: Palm sugar 1tbsp, oil 1tbsp, fish sauce 3tbsp, ketchup 4tbsp,
salt 1tsp, pepper 1tsp, oyster sauce 1tsp, chili flake, dried chili & water 300ml

Fried rice with chinese sausages
Ingredients:
500g,leftover steamed rice
2 tbsp minced garlic
3 eggs(beaten)
2 chinese sausages(cut into diagonally)
1 fishcake(cut in slices)
12 meatballs(cut in small pieces)
Seasonings:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
A pitch of pepper powder
Method:
1)Heat up 3 tbsp of oil in the wok,stir fry meatballs,fishcake,chinese sausages and minced garlic till fragrant.
2)Pour the beaten egg into the wok,slightly stir fry till cooked through.
3)Add the rice,stir fry vigorously till blend well.
4)Then add the seasonings,stir fry till evenly combined.
5)Place in serving plate and garnish with a bit of crispy fried shallots. Serve immediately.
