How To make Favorite Potato Bread
2 ts Active dry yeast
1/4 c Warm water
6 c Whole wheat flour
2 ts Salt
1 Egg
1 c Mashed potato
- up to 1 1/2 cups 1 c Hot potato water
2 tb Honey
2 tb Vegetable oil
1/4 ts Baking soda
1 c Plain yogurt or buttermilk
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine flour and salt; make a well in the center of the mixture. Blend together egg, mashed potatoes, potato water, honey and oil. Combine baking soda and yogurt or buttermik; add to egg mixture. Pour mixture into well of flour and salt; blend thoroughly. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead 10 minutes. Cover and let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until a 1/2-inch hole in dough made with a wet fingertip remains. If the hole fills in slightly, give the dough more time to rise. Deflate gently. Let rest 10 minutes. Shape into loaves and let rise until almost doubles, about 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
1¼ cups (160g) Flour
1 tablespoon (15g) Butter
1/2 cup (120ml) Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
For the filling:
1 Potato, large
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2oz (60g) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped (optional)
Salt to taste
1 garlic clove, crushed (optional)
Directions:
1. Make the dough: in a large bowl, mix flour and salt, add milk and butter, mix until dough is formed. Knead until smooth. Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Make the filling: peel the potato and boil until fork tender.
3. Place boiled potato in a large bowl and mash until smooth. Add salt, parsley, garlic and mayonnaise. Mix until combined and smooth.
4. Take the dough out of the fridge and roll into a 22cm (9-inch) circle.
5. Spread potato filling in the center of the rolled dough and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
6. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling as sown in the video. Pinch the dough to seal it.
7. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough gently.
8. Melt one tablespoon of butter in a large pan, place the bread in the pan and cook until golden, flip and cook until golden on the second side.
9. Remove from heat and serve.

No Oven, No egg, Soft and Fluffy. Potato Bread baked in frying pan, Anybody can do it. I've been doing it for 10 years, it has never misled me! The recipe is very easy to prepare, and does not require specific spices and ingredients! This recipe makes 10 flat breads.
Potato Bread recipe ingredients:
6 grams (2 tsp) instant dry yeast
10 grams (2 tsp) sugar
150 ml (3/5 cup) warm water
450 grams (3 cups) flour
10 grams (2 tsp) salt
150 ml (3/5 cup) warm milk
45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
700 grams of potatoes
100 grams carrot
small bunch of green onions
1/2 tsp salt
15 grams (1 tbsp) unsalted butter
olive oil
some dill
The glass I used is 250 ml.

fresh milk 80ml
unsalted butter 30g / 1/8cup
egg yolk 1
caster sugar 1,1/2Tbsp
fresh milk 70ml
all-purpose flour 1Tbsp
vanilla extract 1/2tsp
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 17-20 minutes
