How To make English Muffin with Ham, Tomatoes, and Pesto
1 Stick Butter
8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 Clove Garlic,
minced
6 English Muffins :
halved
12 Slices Deli Baked Ham, Cut To Fit Muffin Halves
12 Slices Tomato
4 Tbsp. Pesto -- * see recipe below
Remove butter and cream cheese from fridge and allow to soften. Cream together until fluffy. Blend in minced garlic.
Place the muffin halves on a baking sheet. Spead each with a portion of the cheese mixture. Then top each muffin with a slice of ham and a slice of tomato. Spread pesto on top of each tomato, using about 1 tsp. per tomato. Place a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top of that and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 mintes or unil the cheese has melted and is slightly browned.
*Pesto: 4 cups fresh basil leaves, washed and stripped from stems 4 cloves of garlic 1/4 C olive oil 1/4 C pine nuts 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese. Blend until a paste forms...you may have to shove it down with a spatula several times in the blender container. A food processor does not do this as well as a blender! Freeze and cut into 1" cubes any left over pesto and serve with pasta.

puff pastry - 500 g (17.64 oz)
melted butter - 30 g (1 oz)
boiled potatoes - 2 pieces
canned red beans - 50 g (1.76 oz)
canned corn - 50 g (1.76 oz)
sour cream - 40 g (1.4 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g (0.18 oz)
olive oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
pressed cheese - 80 g (2.82 oz)
cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
IN THE OVEN 180°C (356 °F)/25 MIN

oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
whipping cream - 400 ml (13.5 fl oz)
white wine - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
salt - 8 g (0.29 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)

Method:
Step 1: Slice!
Let’s begin by slicing the ham into strips and cut the English Muffins in half.
Step 2: Saucy
Then we add half a tablespoon of pizza sauce and spread across the muffin with the back of a spoon. Start from the centre and circle around until you reach the edges.
Step 3: Toppings!
Then we get a bit cheesy and follow this with a layer of ham.
Let’s add some pineapple next for some excellent sweetness to cut through the salty flavour of the pizza.
Then top with more cheese before a sprinkle of spaghetti seasoning.
Step 4: Get Cooking!
Place in the air fryer basket and put it straight into the air fryer.
Set the air fryer to 195 degrees celsius or 380 degrees fahrenheit for 8 minutes.
Step 5: Out of the Fryer
Once the waiting game is over, remove the basket from the air fryer.
The cheese has started to brown and is smelling absolutely fantastic.
Serve up and chow down, but careful the contents may be hot!
