EGGLESS COOKER CAKE
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 cup Rock salt, रोक सॉल्ट
3 tbsp Butter, मक्खन
3 tbsp Oil, तेल
¾ cup Condensed milk , कंडेन्स्ट मिल्क
⅓ cup Powdered sugar, पाउडर शुगर
2 tbsp Curd, दही
1 tsp Vanilla essence, वनिला एसेन्स
1 tbsp Oil, तेल
½ tsp Baking Soda, बेकिंग सोडा
½ tsp Baking Powder, बेकिंग पाउडर
¼ cup Semolina, सूजी
1¼ cups Refined Flour, मैदा
½ cup Milk, दूध
For soaking cake
½ cup Milk, दूध
¼ tsp Salt, नमक
1 tbsp Toffee sauce , टॉफ़ी सॉस
For Garnishing
2 tbsp Toffee sauce , टॉफ़ी सॉस
Fresh Strawberry (cut into half), स्ट्रॉबेरी
Few Fresh Mint leaves , पुदीना पता
Icing sugar , आइसिंग शुगर
Process:
● Add 1 cup of salt in a pressure cooker and place a wire stand in the bottom. Close the lid, remove the whistle and let it heat in medium-high flame.
● In a large mixing bowl, add butter, oil and whip for a minute until it mix well.
● Now add condensed milk and whip it once, now add powdered sugar and start whipping until thick and slightly fluffy.
● Then add curd, vanilla essence and mix well.
● Now in the mixture add semolina, sieve refined flour and mix everything well and incorporate air. Now in another small bowl, add oil, baking soda, baking powder and mix well. Transfer this into the mixture and mix well.
● Add milk and whisk to ensure there are no lumps. The batter should be of coating consistency.
● Stick the parchment paper to the cake tin using a little bit of butter and then pour all of the batter inside the cake tin.
● Place the cake tin carefully inside the cooker using tongs and close. Adjust heat to medium-low and bake for 40-45 mins without the whistle.
● Check the cake with a toothpick by poking it in the center, if it's clear take the cake tin out.
For Soaking
● In a mixing bowl, add milk, salt, toffee sauce and mix well.
● Apply the toffee sauce on a warm cake so that it becomes moist from inside.
For Garnishing
● Spread toffee sauce evenly all around the cake and garnish with fresh chopped strawberry and
mint leaves. Dusted with icing sugar.
● The cake is ready to serve.

2 + ¼ (270g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoon (6g) baking powder
1 ½ cup (428g) yogurt
1/2 teaspoon (3g) baking soda

¾ cup (90g) cocoa powder
¾ cup (180ml) hot water

An excellent dessert, which is easy to make and which will surely satisfy your sweet tooth, it is yummy and scrumptious Basic Eggless Cake. So learn to make this yummy cake with Anushruti only on Rajshri Food.
Ingredients:
250 gm (1 3/4 cup) plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda/ sodium bicarbonate
1 tin/400gm sweetened condensed milk
100 gm (1/2 cup) butter, melted
175 ml (scant 3/4 cup) water/milk
3 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
2 tsp good quality vanilla extract
2 tbsp hot water
Method:
- Grease and line the bottom of an 8” square or 9” round cake tin with grease proof paper/baking parchment/butter paper.
- In a mixing bowl, assemble the flour, baking powder and baking soda, mix with a spoon and sieve once to make the mixture uniform.
- Preheat the oven to 150 C.
- Put in the condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla extract and water into the mixing bowl containing the dry ingredients. Beat with an electric hand mixer, whisk or spoon or in a stand mixer until the mixture comes together and there are no lumps. This should take 3 to 4 minutes with an electric hand mixer/beater.
- Be careful not to over beat the mixture as this could result into a hard cake. Stir in 2 tbsp hot water and beat for a minute more.
- Pour the batter into the cake tin and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or till done.
- The cake is done when a knife or cake tester comes out clean when inserted in the center of the cake. Invert the cake on a cooling rack, cool and use as required.
* If using jam to sandwich the cake, beat the jam in a bowl with a spoon to soften it and make it spreadable.

EGGLESS DEVILS FOOD CAKE + FROSTING | BEST EVER LAYERED CHOCOLATE CAKE| RICH CHOCO FROSTING
This video is all about making the BEST eggless chocolate cake layered with the most decadent chocolate fudge frosting.
If you want to make a chocolate cake for a special occasion then this is the cake you need. The light devil's food chocolate cake sponge with the indulgent frosting is the perfect combination.
I topped my cake with some lovely chocolate shavings. All you need to do is melt some chocolate, spread in thin on parchment and let it set. Once set, using a bench scraper, scrape the chocolate lengthwise and they'll automatically start rolling. Easy three steps and your chocolate cake garnish is ready!
I have made an eggless version today but you can also make it with egg. Just replace curd with 2 eggs.
Ingredients
For the cake
1 ½ cup (180gms) maida
¾ cup (90gms) cocoa powder
½ tsp (3gms) baking soda
1 tsp (4gms) baking powder
¾ cup (180ml) vegetable oil
1 ½ cup (300gm) caster sugar
1 cup (285gms) curd
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (120ml) milk + 1tsp (5ml) vinegar
For chocolate fudge frosting
1 cup (200gms) butter
2 cups (260gms) icing sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup cocoa powder *
1 cup (175gms) melted chocolate
1 cup (230ml) warm cream
To top
Chocolate shavings
* Personally, I love making this frosting with cocoa powder, to give it a deep chocolate flavor. That is why I add 3/4 cup cocoa powder here. However, if you want to keep the chocolate flavor more on the sweeter side, then you can reduce the quantity of cocoa powder and add 1/2 cup instead.
