GREEN BEANS WITH EGGS AND CHEESE SALAD

This crunchy salad recipe will be the next hit at your potluck dinner. It has green beans, eggs and cheese an Greek yogurt dressing - a perfect salad recipe!
Ingredients
• 1 lb. (450 g) green beans, trimmed, cut crosswise, cooked
• 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 3 tbsp. Greek yogurt
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• salt to taste
Cook beans in medium saucepan of boiling water 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender; drain. Immediately plunge in bowl of ice water; drain well.
Transfer to large bowl. Add sliced eggs and shredded cheese. Salt to taste.
Mix Greek yogurt with crushed garlic and dressing salad just before serving.

Here’s our delicious solution to that conundrum. Make the marjoram dressing in a jar, platter up the crisp beans, watercress and soft-cooked eggs, and then drizzle with the dressing when you get to the park. No sog; pure salad. Just gorgeousness.

Hey guys, welcome back to another video! Today, we will be making some delicous sandwiches, 3 to be exact! It’s easy, quick, and so frikkin delicious, so make sure to try it out the next time you’re craving sandwiches! We hope you enjoy the video, and we’ll see you guys next time!

Egg Salad Sandwich
Prep Time: under 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Yields: 1 sandwich
Ingredients:1 Ciabatta
3 eggs
¼ Cup mayo
½ tsp mustard
½ green onion, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 pinches of paprika
Directions:
1. In a pot of boiling water, add 3 eggs. Boil for about 10 minutes until hard boiled.
2. Chop up green onion and set aside.
3. Peel hard boiled eggs and place in bowl. Break it down.
4. Add green onion, mayo, mustard, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
5. Split ciabatta in half and fill with egg salad mix.
6. Enjoy!
BLT
Prep Time: under 5 minutes
Cook Time: 7-10 minutes
Yields: 1 sandwich
Ingredients:1 Ciabatta bread
3 strips of bacon
1 tomato
Lettuce
Mayo
Directions:
1. Cook bacon on pan until crispy.
2. Leave most of the oil on the pan and place bread onto the same pan. Toast bread until slightly browned and warm.
3. Slice tomatoes and set aside.
4. Spread mayo onto both sides of the bread pieces.
5. Lay lettuce on each side of the bread, then bacon and tomatoes.
6. Enjoy!
Vegetarian Green Sandwich
Prep Time: under 10 minutes
Cook Time: under 5 minutes
Yields:
Ingredients:1 Ciabatta bread
Cucumber
1 avocado
1 Tbsp Mayo
1 Tbsp pesto
3 slices of mozzarella
Lettuce
Directions:
1. Toast bread.
2. Slice cucumbers and avocados. Set aside.
3. On one bread, spread mayo. On the other, spread pesto.
4. Lay lettuce, mozzarella, cucumber and avocado.
5. Cover and enjoy!

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon green onions, scallions
