How to Cook Salmon Burgers from Scratch| Homemade Recipe Using Fresh Salmon
Here's my BEST recipe for juicy salmon burger made fresh with with an amazing homemade sauce. Call these burgers, salmon croquettes, or salmon cakes, either way they are delicious with some toasted burger buns or hawaiian rolls. I chose to use the fresh stuff instead of using the canned salmon because it just makes for a better dish. This recipe is another one of my favorites if you are looking for an alternative to beef burgers or if you are interested in more pescetarian meals. These salmon burger are very easy to make and better than most of the stuff that you will fin in restaurants. They don't take too long to cook and they are a crowd pleaser. The homemade sauce make everything even better and brings all of the flavors together. Reimagine how you see seafood and try something outside of your typical salmon, brown rice, and broccoli. These can easily be modified to fit many diets without having to lose any of the flavor. Just another dinner or lunch idea if you are in the mood for seafood. I hope you all enjoy this recipe!
