How To make Easy Double Chocolate Banana Snack Cake
2 c Flour; all purpose
1 c Sugar
2 ts Cocoa; unsweetened
1 ts Baking soda
3/4 c Milk
1/2 c Banana; mashed ripe
1 ts Lemon juice
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Chocolate chips; semisweet
Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: :15 Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Make well in centre of ingredients. Add milk, banana, butter, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat with fork till well blended, about 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9" square cake pan. Bake in 350F oven for 45-50 minutes or till done. Cool completely. To serve, sprinkle with icing sugar.

*INGREDIENTS:*
- 1/2 Cup Ripe Banana (पका हुआ केला)
- 1/4 Cup Oil (Add after adding sugar)
- 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essene (वनिला एसेंस)
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)
- 1 Pinch Salt (नमक)
- 2-3 Tbsp Choco Chips (चोको चिप्स)
- 1 Egg OR 1/4 Cup Curd (दही)
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min
Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 45-50 min
- OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min
Then bake for 45-50 min

Double Chocolate Banana Bread (with OATS)
These healthy double chocolate banana bread made with oat flour only, sweetened with maple syrup, quick and easy to make. No refined flour, butter, oil or dairy.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Bake time: 45 minutes
Total time: 1 HOUR

INGREDIENTS:
* 1 1/2 cups (180 g) oat flour OR grind rolled oats
* 1/2 cup (60 g) cocoa powder
* 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
* 1 teaspoon (5 g) baking powder
* 1/ 2 teaspoon fine salt
* 2 eggs
* 1/3 cup (70 g) olive oil (extra virgin)
* 1 1/4 cups (320 g) mashed banana about 3 medium bananas
* 1/3 cup (113 g) maple syrup
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup (70 g) chocolate chips + 2 tbsp for decorating
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400F (200 C). Line a bread pan (8x4 or 9x5 inches) with parchment paper, or lightly grease with cooking spray. Set aside.
2. Mix dry ingredients. In a big mixing bowl add oat flour, salt. Sift in cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder, and whisk until the mixture is evenly combined. Set aside.
3. Mix wet ingredients. In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, mashed bananas, maple syrup, vanilla extract until evenly combined.
4. Fold the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredient mixture, and stir until the mixture is just combined. Add chocolate chips and stir again.
5. Pour the batter into the bread pan and spread it out evenly. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
6. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 F (200 C) Don’t open the oven!, then reduce the heat to 325 F (160 C) and bake another 15-20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove pan from the oven and place on a rack and cool completely.

Ingredients:
3 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup (115g) butter, melted
1/2 cup (100g) White Sugar
1/4 cup (50g) Brown sugar
1½ cups (190g) All-purpose flour
1/3 cup (40g) Cocoa power
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup (175g) Chocolate chips + for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 360F (180C).
2. In a large bowl stir flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mash bananas, add eggs and whisk until combined. Add melted butter, vanilla extract and whisk until incorporated. Add both sugars and whisk until incorporated.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet, mix until combined and smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix.
5. Pour the batter into a 9x15-inch (23x23cm) loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top (optional).
6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting.
