How To make Double Chocolate Pie
2 pk Jello Chocolate or Chocolate
1 x Flavor Pudding and Pie Filli
3 1/2 c Milk
2 tb Butter or margarine
2 ea Squares Baker's Semi-sweet c
1 ea Baked 9" pie shell,cooled
Combine pie filling and milk in saucepan;add butter and chocolate Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full bubbling boil.Remove from heat.Cool 5 minutes,stirring twice. Pour into shell and chill 3 hours.Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls,if desired.Note:Plastic wrap may be placed on surface of pie filling before chilling.

INGREDIENTS:
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a 2-quart saucepan. Stir in milk gradually. Add chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute.
Place egg yolks in a medium heatproof bowl. Gradually pour half of chocolate mixture into egg yolks, whisking constantly.
Whisk egg yolk mixture back into mixture in saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring back to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract.
Pour mixture into baked pie shell. Press a layer of plastic wrap onto filling. Refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 48 hours. Remove plastic wrap before serving and top with whipped topping.

I will share a recipe for a rich chocolate and cottage cheese pie.
ingredients:
✅3 Eggs
✅Cottage cheese - 200 grams
✅Sugar - 180 grams
✅Flour - 200 grams
✅Vegetable pil - 180 ml
✅Turmeric - 1 tea spoon
✅Baking powder - 10 grams
✅Vanilla - 10 grams
1. Mix eggs and sugar in a mixer
2. Add more ingredients and mix it again.
3. Gris the pan and sprinkle flour on it.
4. Bake in the oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
For the topping of the pie:
✅Jam - 2-3 table spoons
✅Chocolate (50-70%) - 100-120 grams
✅Sour cream (33-38%) - 60-80 ml
1. Slightly pre-heat the sour cream and add chopped chocolate. You can add extra sugar if you prefer.

REFRIGERATED PIE CRUST
1 CUP SUGAR
2 HEAPING TBSP. COCOA
3 TBSP. CORN STARCH
1 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
1 CUP WATER
4 EGG YELLOWS (SAVE WHITES FOR MERINGUE)
1/4 STICK SALTED BUTTER
1 TSP. VANILLA
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put pie crust in 9-inch
standard pie plate. Crimp edges to form edging (see video
tutorial). Prick pie crust with a fork and bake for 14minutes
or until golden brown. Take out of oven and turn down
temperature to 325 degrees. In a glass batter bowl whisk
together sugar, cocoa, and corn starch. Add milk, water,
and egg yolks,whisk well.Cook in microwave on high for 4
minutes. Remove from microwave, whisk wellmaking sure
to whisk along sides and bottom to incorporate starch that
may have settled. Continue to cook at 1-minute intervals
until thick and creamy. Take out and whisk in vanilla and
butter. Place in pre-baked pie crust. Top with meringue.
Sealmeringue around edges of crust leaving no holes. Bake
in 325-degree oven for 25 minutes until golden.
Meringue:
4 EGG WHITES (ROOM TEMP)
1/4 CUP SUGAR MIXED WITH 2 TSP. CORN STARCH
1/2 TSP. CREAM OF TARTER
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Add egg whites to a clean
dry mixing bowl. Use stainless steel if available. Mix
whites on high speed until they begin to foam. Add cream
of tartar and gradually add sugar/starch mixture while
beating on high. Beat until stiff peaks form (do not over beat).
Should be ready within 3 minutes.

How to Make Double Chocolate Cream Pie

The best desserts are a study in contrast. This recipe delivers at every turn, with a crisp, flaky crust encasing a rich and creamy dark chocolate custard, topped off with a light and fluffy vanilla meringue. Since there are a lot of moving parts to coordinate, I like to break the process into more manageable chunks by making the crust a day in advance, but it can certainly be tackled all in one go if you've got a nice stretch of time to spare.

1️⃣ Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave and let cool enough so it's not real hot
.
2️⃣ Fold in a whole tub of whipped topping
.
3️⃣ Pour your mouse into a graham cracker pie crust
.
4️⃣ Add more whipped topping on top (I used another 1/2 ish tub)
.
5️⃣ If ya wanna get fancy pants add a bit of chopped chocolate chips
.
6️⃣ Place in the fridge for 2+ hour then enjoy the HECK out of it!
