How To make Double Chocolate Hits
2/3 c Butter or margarine;
-softened 1 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 c Hershey's cocoa
1/2 c Buttermilk or sour milk*
1 3/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Mini chips semi-sweet chocol
-ate Recipe by: www.hersheys.com Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until well blended. In small bowl, stir cocoa and buttermilk until smooth. Add to butter mixture; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture, beating just until blended. Stir in small chocolate chips. Drop dough by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until center of cookies is not quite set. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Microwave Double Chocolate Chip Cookie:
- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 25 g (1¾ tbsp) sugar
- 15 g (1 tbsp) Milk
- 7g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder ( 1 tbsp)
- 55 g (⅓ cup + ½ tbsp) All purpose flour
- ⅛ tsp Baking soda
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- 3-4 tablespoons of Chocolate chips
***IMPORTANT PLEASE READ***
● Allow the cookie to rest 5 - 8 minutes on a wire rack before eating or it will break.
● This cookie is meant to be eaten warm! So enjoy fresh!
● Every microwave is different. The cook time in your microwave could be anywhere between 1 minute and 1 minute and 15 seconds. Check the cookie after 1 minute. Once it comes out of the microwave it should be very soft. DO NOT over bake.

Cocoa Powder 1/3 Cup ( 35g )
Baking Soda. 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Vanilla Essence. 1 tsp
Yogurt 2/3 Cup ( 157 ml )
Oil 1/2 Cup ( 125ml)
Chocolate Chips 1 & 1/2 Cup ( 200g)
Bake in a preheated oven @ 180C for 15 to 17 minutes.
