How To make Double Chocolate Fudgey Brownies with Walnuts
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup walnuts -- chopped
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a 13" x 9" glass pan with a double layer of tin foil. Extend the foil ends a couple of inches over the shorter side of the pan. Grease the tin foil with butter.
In a large microwave proof bowl, place unsweetened chocolate and butter. Nuke until melted, about 3 minutes or so. Mix in sugar, blend well. Allow to cool a bit. Add the three eggs; beat in well. Now add the flour, blending it in well. Add the nuts.
Pour batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the batter.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Don't overcook this. Remove from oven. Allow to cool before cutting. Cut into portions which meet with your discretion! Should make quite a few. This is a dense, chewy, fudgey type brownie.

- 200g dark chocolate
- 110g (1/2cup) unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 150g (3/4cup) granulated sugar
- 50g (1/4cup) dark brown sugar
- 65g (1/2cup) all-purpose flour
- 25g (1/4cup) cocoa powder(unsweetened)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
➤ Tips
1. Bake after preheating the oven
2. You can replace granulated sugar and dark brown sugar with light brown sugar
3. If it's too sweet for you, you can use 20g less sugar
4. I took it out of the oven and tapped it after 20 minutes to make the crack
5. It tastes better when you use good quality dark chocolate and cocoa powder
6. It tastes better if you put it in an airtight container or wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it

Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Cocoa powder 4 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 200g
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature)
-Milk chocolate grated 150g
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Vanilla ice cream
-Chocolate syrup
Directions:
-In a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt & sift all dry ingredients together then mix well & set aside.
-Cut butter into slices.
-In a bowl,add butter and microwave for 2 minutes or until its melted & hot.
-Add caster sugar & beat well for 2-3 minutes.
-Add eggs,beat well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add chocolate and microwave for a minute then mix well until its smooth.
-In eggs mixture,add melted chocolate,vanilla essence & beat until well combined.
-Now add dry ingredients & fold gently with the help of spatula.
-Grease 9 x 9-inch baking pan with butter & lined with butter paper and grease with butter.
-Pour prepared brownie batter & tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 25-28 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Take out from the oven & let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
-Remove brownie from baking pan,cut into pieces & serve with vanilla ice cream & chocolate syrup!

If you're looking for an indulgent, fudgy brownie that is extremely flavorful and not cloyingly sweet, this recipe is it! Literally one of the best brownies I've ever had! With that beautiful shiny crinkled top (which took me a while to figure out ????), and gooey, rich interior, this will be your new favourite brownie recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup (105 g) dark chocolate - I use 50% dark chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate chips okay too
- ¾ cup (90 g) flour - regular, all purpose
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter - room temperature or melted
- ¼ cup (53 g) unflavored vegetable oil - I use canola
- 1 cup (200 g) white sugar - granulated
- ½ cup (100 g) soft brown sugar - packed, see note 1 on blog
- ⅔ cup (75 g) cocoa powder - unsweetened
- 1 tsp coffee powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence/extract
- 2 large eggs - room temperature
NOTE: In the video I mention 1/2 a cup or 100g of butter, but it should be 113g of butter as stated in the ingredients list above :)
Bake at 160 °C (320°F) with the fan on for 22-25 minutes depending on how fudgy you want your brownies to be (I recommend 22 minutes). If your oven doesn't have a fan option, then you will need to increase the baking temperature to 175°C (347°F). Once done, poke a toothpick into the center and it should come out dirty.

Double Chocolate Cherry Walnut Brownies
INGREDIENTS -
1 (1 lb 3.8 oz) box brownie mix with walnuts
1 can Oregon Dark Sweet Bing Cherries, reserve juice
½ C oil
3 eggs
¼ C sour cream
2 T reserved Dark Sweet Cherry juice
1 C white chocolate chips
½ C walnuts, broken in large pieces
½ C chocolate syrup (optional)
PREPARATION -
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Stir brownie mix, cherry juice, oil, eggs and sour cream in bowl until blended.
3. Add Bing cherries; white chocolate chips and walnuts. Stir to mix.
4. Spread in greased 13X9 pan.
5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
