How To make Dirty Rice with Shrimp
1/2 lb Raw rice, long grain
1/8 c Shortening
1 Bunch green onions,fine chop
1 lb Shrimp, chopped
Butter 1 lb Red onions, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, chopped fine
1/4 Pod red pepper, chopped
3/16 Bunch parsley, chopped fine
Water Cook rice until almost done. Saute onions in shortening, add shrimp and cook until brown. Add garlic, green onions, parsley, salt, red pepper and water. Pour over rice. When water is absorbed, place in large baking dish and dot with butter. Brown at 350 F. about 15 minutes.

Ingredients
2 cups white rice
4 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
4 andouille sausage
1 cup diced green bell peppers
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 cup diced celery
2-3 Tbsp. Tomato paste
1 Tbsp. Garlic Paste
Tony’s Creole (season to taste, since this has sodium)
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1/8 cup freshly minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
Cayenne Pepper (pinch)
Hot sauce of choice

Dirty Rice
Ingredients
2-1/2 cups water
1 package long grain wild rice
1/2 orange in water
1/2 stick butter
Make
•Bring water to boil, add 1/2 an orange slice, then add rice.
•Let rice begin cooking a minute or two and add butter. Simmer rice according to package directions, until all water has been absorbed. Then plate and serve with shrimp.
Dirty Shrimp & Beer Sauce
Ingredients
2 lbs. jumbo shrimp
1 tablespoon Tone's Italian Seasoning
1 tablespoon Tone's Sweet Basil
1/2 tablespoon Tone's Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tablespoon Tone's Crushed Red Pepper Flake
1/2 tablespoon Tone's Black Pepper
1/2 tablespoon Tone's Salt
2 teaspoons minced garlic
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup flavorful beer
Fresh thyme sprigs
Make
•Sauté garlic and herbs in butter until garlic is slightly brown.
•Add shrimp, stirring and flipping shrimp constantly until shrimp are pink.
•Pour beer in pan, over shrimp; let it come to a boil for a few minutes. Remove from pan, plate and serve.

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoons chopped green bell peppers

• 1 tablespoon Cajun spice
• 2 teaspoons Crystal hot sauce
• 1 cup pulled chicken
• 2 cups pre-cooked brown rice
• ½ cup chicken stock
• ¼ cup smoked barbeque sauce
• Baby tomatoes
• Parsley
Method
-Add ingredients in the order above to a skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes

INGREDIENTS
* Please adjust this your liking*
Desired amount of seafood of choice:
Crab meat, 1/4 lb shrimp ( peeled and deveined ).. crawfish tails ( meat removed ) .. scallops, sausage is also good with this !
1/2 Cup bell pepper and onion mix or more to taste
1/4 celery ( chopped or frozen)
2 bay leaves ( optional )
2 tbs garlic
2 tbs butter
3 tbs cooking oil
1/ 1/2 cup jasmine rice ( or cauliflower rice to make this keto)
1 cup white wine ( doesn't matter as long as its not sweet)
3 cups stock of choice ( beef stock, chicken stock etc )
seasoning mix: ( Combine all ingredients in a bowl )
This is is also to taste *
1 tsp salt
2 tbs old bay seasoning
1 -2 tbs cajun seasoning
1 tbs paprika
1-2 tbs Italian seasoning
1 tbs chicken boullion powder or accent
