Ingredients listed below:
4 4oz chicken breast
1/2 red pepper (sliced)
1/2 green pepper (sliced)
1/2 white onion (sliced)
Fajita tortillas
16-20 pieces of medium shrimp
Extra virgin olive oil
For fajita sauce:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp cumin
2 freshly chopped garlic cloves
1-2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbs chili powder
1 freshly squeezed lime
For salsa:
1/3 tomato (diced)
1/3 red onion (diced)
1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
1 freshly squeezed lime
1 jalapeño pepper (or some diced green peppers)
Splash of salt and pepper
Serve with side of sour, guacamole, and salsa.????

SIZZLING Shrimp Fajitas Recipe Served With Avocado, Lime and Crema!
This quick and easy shrimp fajitas recipe is the perfect, healthy weeknight meal for all lovers of Mexican cuisine!

Ingredients
Servings: 4
1 medium onion, peeled and minced
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 shallot, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 cup(s) large cooked or raw shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped into bite-sized pieces
3 tbsp hot salsa
2 limes, one juiced and one sliced into wedges
½ lemon, juiced
10 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 yellow pepper, seeded and sliced
1 red pepper, seeded and sliced
1/2 cup(s) scallions, both white and green parts, chopped
6 shakes hot sauce, such as Tabasco or Tapito
2 Haas avacados, peeled and sliced
3 tbsp sour cream or crema
1/4 cup(s) cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped, for garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1
To get started with these delicious shrimp fajitas, turn your oven on to the warm setting or set it to 150°F. Then spread the tortillas on a sheet pan and place them in the oven. Allow the tortillas to heat up as you cook. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Add the onion, garlic and shallot and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened. This will take about 3 minutes.
Step 2
Next, add the shrimp, salsa, the juice of one lime, lemon juice, cherry tomatoes, yellow and red bell peppers, scallions and hot sauce. Then increase the heat to high so all the ingredients are sizzling hot. Season your shrimp fajitas to taste. Please note: it is okay to use frozen shrimp. Just remember to first thaw the frozen shrimp thoroughly under cold running water.
Step 3
Serve your shrimp fajitas on a large plate with avocado slices, sour cream, and lime wedges on the side. Garnish with cilantro and serve with the warmed tortillas. Enjoy! Any leftovers from this dish can make a very nice spicy shrimp salad when served over greens with green goddess dressing. We recommend making a little extra to use for tomorrow’s lunch!

Ingredients:
1 cup chicken breast cut into strips
1 cup skirt steak
1 cup large shrimp
1 cup red bell pepper cut in strips
1 cup green bell pepper
1 cup onion
1/4 cup orange bell pepper ( optional )
6 cloves of garlic sliced thinly
3 Tbsp chicken stock for saucy fajitas ( optional )
For Marinade:
2 Tbsp tequila
2 Tbsp extra light olive oil or any cooking oil
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
