How To make Delicious Fudge
1 c Brown sugar
1 c Sugar
2/3 c Milk, condensed
2 ea Chocolate, unsweetened, squa
2 T Butter
2 T Corn syrup
1 t Vanilla
1 c Nuts, chopped
Cut the chocolate in small pieces and cook with the brown and granulated sugar, the condensed milk and the corn syrup. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Then cook, stirring occasionally, until the fudge forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from the fire, add the butter and let stand until it is cool. Then beat until it begins to lose its glossy appearance. Add the vanilla and the nuts, pour on a greased pan and allow to cool. Cut in squares. This fudge is so delicious! It’s chocolatey and nougat-y, with swirls of caramel and chunks of Mars bar throughout ????

All you need is:
1 tin condensed milk
420g white chocolate
150g Mars bar + 100g for the middle and 100g for the topping (350g total)
Tin size: 8x8”
You can use milk chocolate if you prefer, but I love the more subtle white chocolate and sweetness in this fudge ????

Ingredients:
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
In a large bowl, combine ingredients until smooth. Then, pour into a dish lined with parchment paper. Smooth out evenly. Then place in freezer for 45-60 minutes. Remove, slice and enjoy!
Best stored in refrigerator.
