Ingredients:
5 large eggs
2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
2 teaspoons sweet relish
Salt and pepper to s
Paprika (for garnish)
Instructions:
Boil the Eggs:
Place the eggs in a medium pot in cold water.
Place the pot over medium-high heat and bring the water to a boil.
Once the water is boiling, cook for 9-12 minutes.
Drain the water off the eggs from heat and immediately run cold water to cool for about 5 minutes. This will make them easier to peel.
Peel the Eggs:
Gently tap each boiled egg on the countertop to crack the shell.
Roll the cracked egg between your hands to loosen the shell.
Begin peeling from the wide end of the egg, where the air pocket is located.
Once all eggs are peeled, cut them in half lengthwise, and carefully remove the yolks.
Prepare the Filling:
Place the egg yolks in a mixing bowl and mash them with a fork until they are crumbly.
Mix the Ingredients:
Add the mayonnaise, sweet relish, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks.
Mix everything together until it forms a smooth, creamy filling. You can adjust the mayonnaise, relish, salt, and pepper to suit your taste.
Fill the Egg Whites:
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the hollowed-out egg white halves. You can use a pastry bag for a neater appearance.
Garnish:
Sprinkle a pinch of paprika on top of each deviled egg for a pop of color and a hint of smokiness.
Chill and Serve:
Place the deviled eggs on a serving platter and cover them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Enjoy:
Serve your Devilishly Delicious Old-Fashioned Deviled Eggs as an appetizer, side dish, or snack. They are perfect for any occasion and are sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Enjoy!

~ 1 teaspoon coarse salt ( for cooking the eggs )
~ 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
~ 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
~ 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
~ 1 tablespoon relish
~ 1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
~ 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
~ ground paprika, freshly chopped parsley, crispy bacon ( for toppings)
Procedure:
~ arrange a dozen of fresh eggs in a pot

~ add about a teaspoon of coarse sea salt, this will help peeling much easier
~ turn heat on high, bring water to a boil, when it boils, cook eggs for 8 minutes
~ after 8 minutes, remove the pot from the stove
~ pour the hot water and replace with cold water, after doing it twice, shake the eggs in the pot to create some cracks in the egg shells
~ soak the crack eggs with cold water while peeling
~ cut the peeled eggs in half
~ scoop the yolks and put it in a mixing bowl
~ smash the yolks with a fork or smasher
~ add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing, 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of relish and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper
