How To make Delaware Cream Cheese Pineapple Pie
1/3 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
8 ounces Crushed pineapple w juice
8 ounces Cream cheese
softened
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 9" unbaked pie shell
1/4 cup Pecans :
chopped
1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and pineapple plus juice in a small saucepan. Cook over med. heat, stirring constantly until mixture is think and clear. Cool; set aside. 2. Blend cream cheese, sugar and salt in a mixer bowl. Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Blend in milk and vanilla. (If mixture looks slightly curdled, don't worry--it bakes out.) Spread cooled pineapple layer over bottom of pie shell. Pour cream cheese mixture over pineapple; sprinkle with pecans. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool.

CINNAMON
BLEND ALL TOGETHER
SPREAD PINEAPPLE FILLING IN BOTTOM OF PIE SHELL.
POUR FILLING OVER. IT WILL PROBABLY BE CURDLED BUT THAT'S FINE.
SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON
BAKE AT 400 DEG. FOR 10 MIN. AND REDUCE TO 325 AND BAKE FOR 50 MINUTES.

Million Dollar Pie | Easy No-Bake Dessert | Throwback Recipe!
Million Dollar Pie:
2/3 c sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 small tub of Cool Whip
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c pecans
8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 graham cracker pie crust
Directions
1. Mix sugar and cream cheese together until well blended
2. Add whipped topping and fold together
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
4. Pour into crust
5. Chill for 4-5 hours before serving

This Pineapple Cream pie did not last long at all, and has already been requested to be made again. It is so creamy and the pineapple flavor really stands out. I was a little disappointed with the whip topping that I used, so next time I will whip my own. That was the only down side to this pie. Hope you give it a try. Pineapple Mixture
1/3 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1-8 ounce can crushed pineapple NOT drained
For cream cheese mixture:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
½ cup white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
½ cup whole milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 unbaked pie crust 9-inch pie plate
Bake @ 400°F for 10 minutes then 325°F for 45-50 minutes

Pineapple Dream Dessert || No Bake Pineapple Dessert Recipe - RKC
Pineapple dream dessert is one of my family’s favorite one. Very easy to make and it’s perfect for any gatherings. You just need Cream cheese, melted butter, crushed pineapple, whipped cream and graham crackers. Must try!
Ingredients
Crust:
* 2 1/2 cups graham crumbs, 2 sleeves
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Layers:
* 2 cups powdered sugar, adjust to your taste
* 8 oz cream cheese softened
* 8 oz Cool Whip or 1 cup heavy cream
* 20 oz crushed pineapple drained well
Instructions
* First crush the graham crackers in a food processor or you can use a rolling pin as well.
* Melt butter in the microwave or stove and allow to cool. Combine the crumbs and the melted butter and toss together until incorporated. Press 2 cups of the crumb mixture firmly into an 9×13 dish and let it chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
* Beat the cream cheese first, and add the powdered sugar one cup at a time until incorporated. Increase the speed and beat well for a minute or so. Add half of the drained pineapple and stir in with a spatula. Spread the cream cheese and pineapple mixture over the crust.
* Fold the remaining pineapple into the Cool Whip and spread on top of the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumb mixture on top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Pineapple cream cheese pie!
Pineapple cream cheese pie! We needed something light and delicious for a dessert this week and its so easy its mix in the mixer and put in your pie crust and let it chill in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight! I did a graham cracker crust.You can buy a pre made crust. It's cheaper for me to buy the graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar and bake for 10 mins @350 degrees.
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix in a mixing bowl with a spoon and pour into your pie pan and bake for 10 mins @ 350 degrees.
While your crust is baking, start mixing your pie filling in the stand mixer or hand held mixer.
1 (8oz) block of cream cheese room temp
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 (20 oz) can of very well drained crushed pineapple
1 (8oz) container of whipped topping; cold
Whip your cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. add in your very well drained pineapple and mix until well combined.
remove your paddle from the stand mixer and add your whip topping and fold in until completely combined. Allow your pie crust to cool once removed from oven. I allowed mine to cool for 10 mins then placed into freezer for 10 mins then poured in my pie filling. I had a happy accident when I combined some of my excess graham cracker crust into my pie topping, so I took a small spoon and scooped the excess from around to edge of the pie and crumbled on top for added texture and taste. It was perfect! I look happy little accidents, they can make the best taste! Serve cold and delicious y'all!
