How To make Pineapple Cream Pie 2
1 c sifted flour
1/2 ts salt
1/2 c salad oil
5 tb ice water
4 tb butter
1 1/2 cn sifted confectioners' sugar
2 ea eggs
1 c crushed pineapple, drained
Set oven to 450 degrees Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Beat the oil and water until thick and creamy; add to the flour. Mix with a fork until a ball of dough is formed. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to fit a 9 inch pie plate. Prick the bottom. Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Cream the butter, gradually adding the confectioners' sugar. Beat in the eggs until light and fluffy. Fold in the pineapple. Turn into a pie shell and chill until set. Decorated with whipped cream, if desired. Pineapple Cream Pie
This easy cream pie offers something a little different with a filling that's full of pineapple flavor with a bit of orange in the background. Topped with fresh whipped cream, it's a popular dessert with pineapple lovers and anyone who enjoys a homemade cream pie!
No-Bake Pineapple pie
No bake pineapple pie
Recipe:
Crust:
1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Dash of salt
6 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
Mix together the crumbs, sugar and salt. Add in the melted butter. Mix. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Press up the sides as well. Place in fridge for 30 minutes.
Filling:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup crushed pineapple, strained very well
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 whole carton thawed cool whip
Medium bowl add in the condensed milk. Stir in the pineapple. Mix. Mix in the lemon juice. Fold in cool whip. Add all to chilled pie crust. Place back in fridge for 4 hours to chill and set before serving.

Popular pineapple dessert that is quick and easy to make with only 3 ingredients!
Ingredients
- crushed pineapple
- sweetened condensed milk
- cool whip
Steps:
1. Drain all the juice from the crushed pineapple
2. Put the pineapple into a pan and mix in 1/3 of the condensed milk tin (this is based on taste, for sweeter results add more and for less sweet add less - taste as you go)
3. Add in about half the tub of cool whip and mix it into the pineapple until everything is covered ( add more as needed)
4. Optional: Decorate the top with whip cream, nuts or fruit
5. Put in fridge or freezer to cool and serve!

No-Bake Cheesecake
1 GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
1 CUP CUBED FRESH PINEAPPLE
OR 1 8 OZ. CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE (DRAINED)
8OZ BLOCK OF CREAM CHEESE (ROOM TEMP)
3 TSP. PINEAPPLE FLAVORED GELATIN
1/4 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
16 OZ. COOL WHIP TOPPING
FRESH PINEAPPLE FOR GARNISH (OPTIONAL)
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and gelatin together until
nice and creamy. Add 2 cups of cool whip topping
and mix until well blended. Fold in the cut
pineapple, then place in graham cracker crust.
Garnish with cool whip and pineapple.
This pie must be refrigerated. It sets up well and can
be served the same day. Do not smash or blend the
fresh fruit with electric mixer or your pie will
become runny. Enjoy!
