How To make Pineapple Sour Cream Pie
1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup Margarine
melted
3 tablespoons Sugar
:
FILLING 1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 1/2 cups Pineapple;crushed :
undrained
1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 Egg yolks slightly beaten
:
MERINGUE----- 2 Egg whites
1/4 teaspoon Cream of tartar
1/4 cup Sugar
1. For crust, combine crumbs, margarine and sugar in bowl; blend well with fork. Spoon crumb mixture into 9" pie pan. Set an 8" pie pan on top and press to make even crumb layer. Remove 8" pie pan. Bake crust at 375 degrees for 8 minutes if desired, or use as is. 2. Combine sugar, flour and salt in medium saucepan. Stir in pineapple, sour cream and lemon juice; cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture comes to boil. Cook 2 minutes. Stir 1/2 c of cooked mixture into beaten yolks; return filling/egg yolk mixture to remaining filling. Cook for 2 minutes more, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Spoon filling into crust. 3. Make meringue by beating egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie filling; seal edges. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Recipe:
Crust:
1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Dash of salt
6 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
Mix together the crumbs, sugar and salt. Add in the melted butter. Mix. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Press up the sides as well. Place in fridge for 30 minutes.
Filling:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup crushed pineapple, strained very well
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 whole carton thawed cool whip
Medium bowl add in the condensed milk. Stir in the pineapple. Mix. Mix in the lemon juice. Fold in cool whip. Add all to chilled pie crust. Place back in fridge for 4 hours to chill and set before serving.

October is here! We love this time of year! Halloween fun! This was a request from a view and we wanted to say thank you for the submission. Well we did some homework and here it is. Sour Cream Pie! We were a bit nervous at first but it actually came out really good. A bit on the tart side but not bad, plus it was so simple to make! Give this one a try!

2 Cups Sour Cream
5 Tablespoons Sugar
4 Eggs
1 Gram cracker Pie Crust
1 Pint Raspberries

3 Ingredient Quick Pineapple Dessert (Ready In Less Than 5 Minutes!!)
Popular pineapple dessert that is quick and easy to make with only 3 ingredients!
Ingredients
- crushed pineapple
- sweetened condensed milk
- cool whip
Steps:
1. Drain all the juice from the crushed pineapple
2. Put the pineapple into a pan and mix in 1/3 of the condensed milk tin (this is based on taste, for sweeter results add more and for less sweet add less - taste as you go)
3. Add in about half the tub of cool whip and mix it into the pineapple until everything is covered ( add more as needed)
4. Optional: Decorate the top with whip cream, nuts or fruit
5. Put in fridge or freezer to cool and serve!

• 8 oz softened cream cheese
• 8 oz tub whipped topping
• 14-16 oz large can crushed pineapple, drained
• 3/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
• 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut for topping.
CRUST
• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter melted
Instructions
1. For crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add the melted butter and stir to combine well. Press into a 8 x 8- or 9 x 9-inch pan.
2. Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar until very smooth.
3. Beat in the tub of whipped topping. Then fold in the drained pineapple.
4. Spread filling on top of crust. Top with pineapple chunks and sprinkle with coconut.
5. Chill very well—at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
