How To make Curried Tuna Salad
2 cn (7 oz) tuna in oil;
14 1/2 oz (1)cn aparagus pieces;
-drained 1/2 md Head lettuce; separated
1/4 c Curry dressing or dip;
3 Hard-cooked eggs; sliced
Paprika; Chill canned tuna and asparagus. Drain tuna and flake lightly. Drain asparagus pieces well. Arrange lettuce on six salad plates. (not me, a big bowl will nicely, thank you.) One each salad plate place 1/2 cup asparagus and 1/2 cup flaked tuna. Cover with 2 tablespoon Curry Dressing; top with 3 slices of egg. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika. Making Tuna From Chickpeas
Chickpeas are a great alternative for tuna. This is my take on a chickpea tuna sandwich. It's a vegetarian / vegan twist on the viral Tunacado sandwich!
To make it vegan, ensure you use vegan mayo and parmesan ????
I love making a double batch of the chickpea tuna salad for meal prep and then assemble the sandwich on the day. You can even have it on a wrap, lettuce cups and even crackers for a snack.

Curried Tuna Melt Sandwich
Recipe
Tuna salad:
Mix 1/4 cup of chopped
Green onions, celery , cilantro , jalapeno, onions, 1 large can of tuna with a squeeze of lime & 2tbsp of Mayonnaise in a bowl
Curry mayo:
Blume chopped ginger & garlic in hot oil for a minute with 1tbsp THE ONE CURRY Masala Spice blend and add it to the above salad
Sandwich:
Add the tuna salad mix to the bread and toast it with cheese on both sides till everything melts like your ❤️ on seeing your first love.
