Starter Dzhadzhik prepared with fresh cucumbers and yoghurt
Ingredients:
1.Yogurt - 200 g
2. Cucumber - 1-2
3. Garlic cloves - 2
4. Salt to taste
5. Dried herbs to taste
Recipe:
1.Chop the garlic finely
2.Peel and grate the cucumber, squeeze the juice
3. Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic
4.Add salt, dry mint, olive oil

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon dried dill
1 large English cucumber, thinly sliced
¼ cup thinly sliced red onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the sour cream, vinegar, sugar and dill in a large bowl and whisk until well combined.
Add the cucumbers and onions and mix until well coated in the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
