1 lb Cranberries
Water as needed 6 oz Can frozen orange juice conc
2 tb Granul. artificial sweetener
Wash cranberries, removing stems and soft berries. Cook according to package instructions until berries are soft. My Note: 2 Tbsp. regular sugar would add 96 calories and 24.8 gm carbohydrate to the total recipe (6 calories, 1.55 gm carbohyrate per serving.) Add while cranberries are cooking if desired and omit sweetener. Chop berries in blender or put through food mill. Add 2 cups water. Strain through cheesecloth or several thicknesses of nylon net. Add orange juice concentrate and sweetener (if using). Dilute with enough water to make 8 cups. (6 cups printed in the book would not make 16 servings.) 1/2 cup serving - 32 calories made with sweetener, 1/2 fruit exchange

__________↓↓↓↓↓↓ CLICK FOR RECIPE ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ ______________
An easy, 5 minute cranberry punch recipe that your holiday guests will love. Cranberry juice, lemonade and orange juice pair with ginger ale for a sparkling fruit drink that is so pretty served with cranberries.
HOW DO YOU MAKE A GOOD PUNCH?
There are three steps to a good punch recipe:
The Base
Carbonated Beverage
Mix ins
The base of this punch is cranberry juice, lemonade concentrate and orange juice concentrate. Mix this up at any point and have it in the fridge ready to add the final two parts to.
Right before serving, add the carbonated beverage. Ginger ale is best with this recipe! Then lastly, add in frozen cranberries and some ice cubes. If you want you could add a bit of pineapple or orange slices. But we love the look of simply cranberries.
Ingredients
1 ½ quarts cranberry juice
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
1 cup sugar (or 1/2 cup more to taste)
1 quart ginger ale
Ice & Frozen Cranberries
US Customary - Metric
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a punchbowl.
Add water or ice to equal 1 gallon. Add this slowly to achieve the taste you'd like. We add about 4 cups of ice and no additional water. As the ice slowly melts, it gets the punch to the perfect flavor for us.
