How To make Cranberry Punch
1 lb Cranberries
Water as needed 6 oz Can frozen orange juice conc
2 tb Granul. artificial sweetener
Wash cranberries, removing stems and soft berries. Cook according to package instructions until berries are soft. My Note: 2 Tbsp. regular sugar would add 96 calories and 24.8 gm carbohydrate to the total recipe (6 calories, 1.55 gm carbohyrate per serving.) Add while cranberries are cooking if desired and omit sweetener. Chop berries in blender or put through food mill. Add 2 cups water. Strain through cheesecloth or several thicknesses of nylon net. Add orange juice concentrate and sweetener (if using). Dilute with enough water to make 8 cups. (6 cups printed in the book would not make 16 servings.) 1/2 cup serving - 32 calories made with sweetener, 1/2 fruit exchange

How to Make: Cranberry Ginger Holiday Punch
64 oz cranberry juice cocktail
64 oz apple juice
Ginger beer (12oz). X2
2 Lt ginger ale
Small can pineapple chunks with the juice
Add all ingredients in a large container. Mix well and add to a frosted glass enjoy.
This punch will fill 27 (8oz) cups. Enjoy

EASY FRUITY PARTY PUNCH
Ingredients
* 4 cups cranberry juice (use cranberry raspberry juice, if desired)
* 2 cups pineapple juice
* 1/2 can frozen lemonade concentrate or limeade concentrate
* 4 cups ginger ale
* 3 cups ice cubes optional
* lemon slices or lime slices, and fresh berries for garnish
Instructions
* Combine the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, frozen concentrate, ginger ale and ice cubes in a large pitcher or punch bowl.
* Add the ice (between 2 and 4 cups of ice is best).
* Add some lemon or lime slices and some fresh or frozen berries.
* Serve.
