How To make Crab Supreme 2
1 c. mushrooms
chopped
2 green onions :
chopped
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
Pinch thyme 1/2 c. dry white wine
1 c. cream or evaporated milk
Salt Dash cayenne pepper 1/2 lb. crab meat
Parmesan cheese
Cook mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Blend in flour and thyme. Stir in cream or milk and stir constantly until thick and bubbly. Remove. Add wine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in crab meat. Spoon into crab shells or ramekins. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until top is slightly browned. Port Mansfield, Texas

Stir Fried Crab Beehoon (Rice Vermicelli) 干炒螃蟹米粉
Ingredients:
Serves 4 pax

5 cloves of garlic (sliced into thick chunks)
5 shallots (sliced into thick chunks)
3 slices of young ginger
2 cups (500ml or 16.9 fl oz) water
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
0.5 teaspoon sugar
1.2 kg crabs (we used Sri Lankan crab in the video)
150g beehoon (rice vermicelli) - rehydrate by soaking in room temp water for 10 mins
100g Beijing round cabbage
2 tablespoons premium dark soy sauce
A few dashes white pepper
A small handful Chinese coriander
1 stalk spring onion
2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine
