Seafood Baked Ziti with Crab, Shrimp & Lobster | I Heart Recipes
Hey ya’ll! I’m making my baked seafood ziti- you’re going to love this:
I’m going to show you how I make my easy Seafood Baked Ziti with Crab, Shrimp & Lobster. I start off with a homemade creamy white cheese sauce made from evaporated milk, mascarpone cheese, fontal cheese, and Sicilian jack cheese. The cheeses that I use are a little hard to find, so when I can’t find them, I use 2 of these cheeses instead: gouda, colby jack, mozzarella cheese, or pepper jack.
As far as seafood, I use crab, lobster meat, and shrimp. The crab that I used was the canned lump crab meat. The lobster that I used was cooked lobster meat that was found in the frozen department. I use uncooked shrimp that I buy from the seafood department, and I make sure to peel & devein it.
Combine your al dente ziti noodles, all seafood pieces, and cheese sauce and mix until well combined. Sprinkle some more shredded cheese on top, cover and bake on 350*F for about 20-25 minutes.

0:20 - Add butter to a pot.
0:23 - Melt the butter.
0:25 - Add all purpose flour.
0:28 - Whisk the ingredients together.
0:31 - Whisk in evaporated milk.
0:40 - Whisk until smooth.
0:44 - Add mascarpone cheese.
0:50 - Whisk until smooth.
0:53 - Add shredded cheese.
1:06 - Whisk until smooth.
1:12 - Prepare the crab meat, lobster and shrimp.
1:21 - Prepare the pasta.
1:27 - Add pasta to a baking dish.
1:40 - Add the seafood to the baking dish.
1:47 - Toss the ingredients together.
1:57 - Pour in the cheese sauce.
2:04 - Fold the ingredients together.
2:12 - Top with shredded cheese.
2:18 - Sprinkle on parsley flakes.
2:25 - Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Crab Curry | Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
An authentic spicy crab curry has to be full of flavor with an abundance of mouth watering gravy. The crab meat is sweet and if prepared correctly the flavor of the gravy will infuse into the meat enhancing the deliciousness of the delectable and succulent crab meat.
Preparation of the crab:
2kgs crab ( XL Crab) Please ask your fish monger to cut and clean the crab and very importantly, to give the crab a bit of a bash, so the cracked shells allow the gravy to seep into the crab meat. Give your crab a thorough wash to remove any small pieces of shell.
Ingredients:
2 kgs Crab (Large or XL)
Half a cup of oil
2 tsp Mustard seeds
2 tsp Methi seeds
2 tsp of Crushed ginger & garlic
2tsp of Cumin/Jeera powder or roasted jeera seeds
2 Large onions
6 Green chillies
2 Stems of curry leaves
7 tbs of Masala (I used Nagiah's EveryDay Masala, Extra Hot. Alternatively, use a mix of 3 tbs Masala and 2 tbs chilli powder and dry spices).
8 large Tomatoes
2 to 3 tbs of Tamarind
1 bunch of Fresh dhania (coriander)
Cloves of garlic
Salt
Perima’s top tip: in a separate pot heat up some oil, fry fresh curry leaves ???? & then add 1.5 tsp of Kashmiri chilli powder. Drizzle all over the curry, simmer for 5mins & then garnish with fresh coriander.

In today's video, we are going to not only cover basics like peeling and deveining shrimp, but we'll also go through the simple technique of butterflying shrimp.
Once we've got those basics down, I'll show you how to whip up a crazy easy Cajun-style crab stuffing! This stuffing will take you less than 10 minutes to prepare and is guaranteed -- one of the greatest things you will ever put in your mouth!
If you don't mind a little prep work when it comes to preparing the shrimp, this Crab Stuffed Shrimp is a must-make! It's perfect for sprucing up family dinners at home and even better for entertaining.
This stuffed shrimp recipe can be can be served as an appetizer or an entree! It works great for both. If you have any questions, be sure to ask away in the comments below!
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds 15/20 count shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
2 tablespoons avocado or canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces lump crab meat
2/3 cup grated parmesan, separated
1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup green onions, sliced
1 large egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons diced pimientos, drained
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Zest and juice of a lemon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and have ready a rimmed baking sheet lined with either parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. Then, working with one shrimp at a time, lay it back-side down (a.k.a. leg-side up). Use a paring knife to make a small incision down the shrimp, from the start of the tail, cutting toward the head of the shrimp. Continue doing this until the shrimp is butterflied and can lay flat. Do your best not to cut all the way through the body of the shrimp.
Transfer the shrimp to a large bowl, drizzle with oil, sprinkle evenly with the salt and pepper, and very gently toss to coat. Transfer to the baking sheet and set aside.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the crab, 1/3 cup of the parmesan cheese, the plain breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, beaten egg, pimiento peppers, chopped parsley, Old Bay seasoning, lemon zest, and juice. Gently, fold the mixture together until well combined.
Add tablespoon-sized spoonfuls of the crab mixture on top of each shrimp, and bring up the tail, tucking it gently into the stuffing.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are completely opaque and pink in color. Allow to cool slightly, serve and enjoy!

The Best Seafood Crab Boil Recipe
Ingredients For the Pot:
•1 stick unsalted butter
•Crab boil seasoning
•Carolina Cooker Seafood Boil (carolinacooker.com)
•Old Bay Seasoning Hot
•Lemon pepper
Using a LARGE POT put in all ingredients listed above...use you on measurements.
ADD: washed and clean:
•SMALL RED AND WHITE POTOES
•1 LARGE ONION
•4 CORN ON THE COB, cut in quarters
When your WHOLE POTATOES are folk tender, remove everything from the pot into a LARGE PAN.
ADD: TO THE POT
•3 packs SMOKED SAUSAGES
•12 EGGS
REMOVE WHEN THE EGGS ARE READY.
ADD: TO THE POT CLEANED AND WASHED
•2 BOXES crablegs from SAM'S CLUB
COOK FOR 15 MINS.
REMOVE TO LARGE TRAY AND SERVE WITH CRAB SAUCE, add some CRAB BOIL BROTH to the pan as well.
