Bacon-Wrapped Burger Roll

Here is what you'll need!
Bacon-Wrapped Burger Roll
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
4-6 slices ham
8-10 slices cheddar cheese
2 cups spinach
10-12 slices bacon
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F/180˚C.
2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
3. Put the mixture in a medium baking tray lined with aluminum foil and distribute the meat mixture evenly.
4. Add the ham, cheese, and spinach on top of the meat.
5. Carefully lift the meat and form a roll.
6. In another aluminum-lined baking tray, place the slices of bacon side by side, one next to the other. Place the meat roll on top of the bacon.
7. Roll up the meat with the bacon, then wrap with foil.
8. Bake the aluminum-wrapped roll for 25 minutes.
9. Increase the temperature to 500˚F/260˚C. Remove the foil and bake for 20 more minutes until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.
10. Cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
11. Enjoy!

Shopping List:
6 Eggs
1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard (or yellow)
1-2 tsps sweet pickle juice (or tsp sugar)
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, old bay
Lump Crab (or shrimp)
fresh dill for garnish
diced chive for garnish
Jalapeno Bacon Jam:
3 jalapenos
1 lb bacon
1 onion
1 tbsp garlic paste
3 tbsps cup maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsps apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup bourbon (optional)
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika
CRAB AND BACON DIP | Hot Cheesy Appetizer

5-6 slices of bacon
Bacon Grease
1/4 onion, chopped
8 ounces neufchâtel cheese
8 ounces crab meat
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Dried chives
Tellicherry Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Ritz crackers
Butter
Topping: Mozzarella, Parsley and Chives
Cook bacon until done and drain on paper towels. In remaining bacon grease, add onion and cook until soft. In baking dish, place neufchâtel cheese, onions, crab and mayonnaise. Stir until well combined. Season with chives and pepper. Chop up bacon and stir into dip. Top with parmesan cheese and crushed Ritz crackers. Slice butter thin and place 3-4 pads on top. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, parsley and chives. Serve with crackers.
