How To make Crab Meat Alma
1 Stick butter or margarine
1 Sm bunch chopped green onion
1/2 c Parsley, finely chopped
1/2 c Celery, finely chopped
1 cn (small) mushrooms, drained
3 T Flour
2 c Light cream
2 c Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c Sherry or vermouth, dry
Cayenne pepper Salt, to taste 1 lb White crab meat (or shrimp)
Melt butter in heavy saucepot. Saute vegetables until soft. Blend in flour and add cream. Heat until thickened. Add cheese and heat until it has melted. Add wine, cayenne pepper, and salt. Fold in crab meat or shrimp. Heat gently for 8 to 10 minutes Serve with french bread or in patty shells "Alma is a good cook and also a fine, good friend, who has a terrific sense of humor, I garontee!" You will need the following:
1 bag of imitation crabmeat 8 oz
Add a squeeze of your favorite Mayo ( add enough to coat all the crab meat.)
Add a tablespoon or two of your favorite Ranch dressing.
Add a handful each of the green onions, celery and yellow onion.
Add a dash of salt & pepper to taste.
Mix everything together and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
Before serving top the salad with the seasoning of your CHOICE: Old bay, cajun seasoning, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, or paprika.

Hey ya’ll! In this video, I’m going to share my recipe for Homemade Seafood Dressing packed with shrimp and crab. Just imagine a combination of super flavorful & buttery cornbread dressing, and a crab cake. Sounds amazing, right? This Seafood Cornbread Dressing is a twist on a classic! The tender crab and shrimp in this budget-friendly side dish adds a little something special to this holiday staple.

0:25 - Cut the cornbread into cubes.
0:40 - Add the cornbread to a lightly oiled baking sheet.
0:50 - Bake for 30 minutes.
0:55 - Chop the vegetables.
1:06 - Add butter to a pan.
1:10 - Melt the butter.
1:15 - Add the vegetables.
1:20 - Cook until translucent.
1:30 - Add the cornbread to a bowl.
1:35 - Add the vegetables to the bowl.
1:40 - Pour in melted butter.
1:45 - Toss the ingredients together.
1:50 - Add the seafood.
2:05 - Pour in vegetable broth.
2:10 - Sprinkle in the seasonings.
2:20 - Fold the ingredients together.
2:30 - Pour two beaten eggs to the bowl.
2:35 - Mix until well incorporated.
2:45 - Butter a bake dish.
2:57 - Add the dressing to the bake dish.
3:05 - Smooth out the dressing.
3:10 - Cover and bake until cooked through.
