6 1/2 To 7 ounces crab meat or
Water-packed tuna
drained 6 Whole grain crackers :
finely
Crushed 1/4 cup Minced red bell pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh minced parsley
1/8 teaspoon Ground red pepper
2 tablespoons Minced onions
1 Smilin' egg white
2 teaspoons Reduced calorie
Mayonnaise 1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Garlic -- minced
1 To 2 teasp fresh minced basi
1/2 teaspoon Marjoram
Preheat oven to 375~. Spray nonstick baking sheet with vegetable coating spray. In large bowl, gently mix all ingredients, being careful not to break up lumps of crab meat. Using a scant 1/4 cup mixture for each, make 6 cakes. Shape mixture into circle, pressing flat. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. YIELD: 2 Servings (3 cakes each) Calories 53.30/ Protein 52%/ Fat 25%/Carbohydrate 23% Sod-Mg 183.0 Exchanges: Veg 0.1/ Meat 0.8/ Fat 0.1

(That Could Make a Crab Cake Jealous)
Avoid dense fish like swordfish and tuna. otherwise any fish works.
In the video, I am using striped bass and red snapper. You can cook them any which way you want. I seared them like this:
Fish cakes:
1 lb of cooked fish, skin and bones removed
25g of minced red onions, shallots, or scallions
1-2 Tbsp chopped herbs like dill, parsley, cilantro, chives, tarragon
1/3 cup mayo
2 Tbsp labne, sour cream, or creme fraiche
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tsp spanish smoked paprika (optional)
zest and juice of 1/2 lime or to taste
Salt to taste

Smoky Mayo:
1/3 cup mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove grated on a microplane zester
1/4 tsp spanish smoked paprika
squirt of lime or lemon
