Homemade Pizza using Cowboy Charcoal in the Keveri H1 Grill #shorts
Homemade pizza night with the family. Made a simple ham and cheese for the boys. Our was confit garlic pesto, mushrooms, and shallots. All topped with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Tried out the Keveri H1 at a few different temps with the pizzas. Having fun figuring out the style we enjoy. You can tell it’s easy to get a nice crispy crust on the bottom, only takes about 3-4 minutes too.
Used Cowboy Charcoal: lump charcoal and briquettes. Ran the grill at 675F as I was testing it.
