How To make Classic Sticky Buns
1 1/2 c Water [lukewarm 110of]
FOR THE DOUGH:
1/4 c Brown sugar [may use maple
-sugar if available] 1 tb Active dry yeast
2 md Eggs
1/4 c Dry milk powder
1/4 c (/stick) butter [melted]
1 c KA white whole wheat flour
2 ts Salt
5 c KA all purpose flour [use
-more or less as desired] FOR THE FILLING:
1/4 c (/stick) butter [melted]
2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 c Brown sugar [use maple if
-desired and available] 1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Chopped walnuts or pecans
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 lb Brown sugar
3/4 c Light corn syrup
1)Make a smooth supple dough by hand or machine and let it rise
for 1/ hrs.. Punch it down and roll into a 12" X 24" rectangle... 2)Brush the dough with the melted butter
and then sprinkle on the filling ingredients... 3)Grease a 14" round pan and add the topping ingredients.
Then roll up the dough from the long side (jelly roll style) and cut up into 1" thick slices and then place the slices in the pan, cover and let rise for 30 min.. 4)Bake in a preheated 350o oven for 30 to 35 min., using
foil to prevent over browning. Carefully invert onto a cooling rack and let cool slightly before serving...

Learn how to make these amazing homemade caramel pecan sticky buns!! Soft and light cinnamon rolls covered in a sticky and gooey caramel sauce and loaded with pecans. It doesn't get any better than this!!
What you'll need:
for the dough:
1/2 cup granulated sugar (110g*)
1 cup milk (240ml*)
2 tsp active dry yeast
5 Tbsp butter, softened (150g*)
2 large eggs
1 tsp salt
4 cups all-purpose flour (600g*)
for the filling:
1 cup packed light brown sugar (175g*)
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
for the caramel sauce:
6 Tbsp butter (85g*)
1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar (220g*)
3 Tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pecans (110g*)
*Please note that these are guesstimated amounts based on online converters. I do not use weight measurements so I cannot guarantee the accuracy of these amounts. As always, I recommend anyone that uses weights to buy a set of American measuring tools to use for American recipes since there are so many variables in converting a recipe. They will pay for themselves in just one mis-converted and ruined recipe in wasted ingredients.

Cinnamon Rolls | Homemade Sticky Buns
Cinnamon pecan sticky buns is a classic treat. Sticky buns are baked with nuts and sugar on the bottom then flipped after baking. The sweet and gooey bottom becomes the topping.
Ingredients:
4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup warm milk
2 1/2 tsp. instant yeast
6 tbsp. softened butter
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Filling
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup softened butter
3 tsp. cinnamon
Topping
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 cup chopped pecans

This dough can be made by hand or in your bread machine on the dough cycle.
These rolls are made with bread flour.......
Complete recipe for both is written below. (Not all ingredients were mentioned in video.
Battery was low and had to move along.)
Dough: For bread machine use 3 1/2 cups bread flour,1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup butter or margarine softened, 1 egg beaten, 1 1/2 teaspoon of active dry yeast.
Dough: Made by hand 3 1/2 to 4 cups bread flour, 1/3 cup granulated sugar,1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup warm milk(120- 130) 1 /4 cup butter or margarine softened,1 egg, 4 1/2 teaspoons dry active yeast.
Filling: 1/2 cup chopped nuts your choice, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Caramel Topping: 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter or margarine softened, 1/4 corn syrup. Put these in a pot and melt together bring to slight boil.
Once dough is made roll out to a 13 X 10 rectangle melt 2 Tablespoon of butter and brush top of dough, then sprinkle on brown sugar and nuts. Roll up the dough as a jelly roll or log. Pinch seam of dough together, cut 1 inch for buns. (Use string or knife)
Take Topping mix ingredients pour into ungreased pan. Cover buns with towel or plastic wrap. Wait till buns double in size 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours depending. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes Check them closely all oven's set up differently.Placeon cooling tray for 2-3 minutes then invert buns onto tray or dish. Makes about 15 buns Best if you use them same day or wrap them well and place them in a zip-lock bag and freeze. Will be good in freezer for 1-10 days............
